How to reissue the household registration book if it is lost?
1. Report the loss and submit the request. After the residence booklet is lost or stolen, the head of the household shall make a statement to the police station in time and put forward a written request for replacement;
2. The police verified how to reissue the lost household registration book. After they take their ID cards to the police station where the household registration book is lost, they fill in the Registration Form for the Loss of Household Registration Book and the Registration Form for the Replacement of Household Registration Book, explaining the reasons for the loss of the household registration book, and they will enter the police verification link;
3. Copy the stub of the time of emigration to the police station where the household registration is moved out, and affix the seal of the police station;
4. Sign at the local police station with the stub to confirm that you have not settled down; With the number on the stub, find a local newspaper to publish a loss report statement; With the stub, no proof of settlement, copy of newspaper, graduation certificate and ID card, go to the police station where you moved out to apply for a new account transfer certificate.

3. After opening the inquiry website, a blank box for entering the ID number will appear.
4. Enter your ID number in the ID number input box, and then click the Query button.
5. Click Query, and the personal household registration information of the number to be queried will appear, which will be displayed in the text of the input box. The column issued by the certificate is the location information of individual household registration.
6. If the ID number you want to query is 15 digits, please enter the number in the box below, because the previous ID number was 15 digits, so if the following number becomes 18 digits, you need to enter the query in the box below.
