Workers' families rent public rental housing in this city and have paid the rent. Employees and their family members (subject to the scope of family members recorded in the Tianjin Public Rental Housing Lease Contract) may apply for the withdrawal of housing provident fund, and the total withdrawal shall not exceed the original rental month and last month. Enjoy low-cost housing subsidies, low-cost housing subsidies or economic rental housing subsidies for families, the amount of extraction shall not exceed the amount of rent paid after deducting subsidies.
Category II: Market Rental Housing Fund
(1) If an employee rents a house in this city and has paid the rent, and meets one of the following conditions, the employee and his spouse may apply for withdrawing the housing accumulation fund: 1. Employees and their spouses have no housing and no housing loan records. The land and housing management department confirms that it has the right to enjoy the supporting subsidies for low-rent housing materials, low-rent housing rental subsidies or affordable housing rental subsidies.
(two) employees and their spouses can withdraw the housing provident fund once every quarter, and the total amount of each withdrawal shall not exceed one quarter's rent. If the monthly rent is lower than 1980 yuan (including 1980 yuan), the withdrawal amount shall be determined according to the actual rent; If the monthly rent is higher than 1980 yuan, the withdrawal amount shall be determined according to 1980 yuan. The withdrawal limit shall be adjusted timely by the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee.
(three) if more than one person rents the same house, the lessee and his spouse may withdraw the housing provident fund in accordance with the provisions of this article. If employees and their spouses rent more than two houses at the same time, they can only withdraw a set of housing provident fund in accordance with the provisions of this article.
