According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 and 2022, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate institution, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions, and public employment service institutions, who graduated abroad at the same time and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units, can apply for the positions of fresh graduates.
Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
The base date for calculating working years is August 3, 20231.
(six) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.
Second, registration.
(1) Time, place and method of registration
Applicants register through the "Open Recruitment Platform for Institutions in Jiangsu Province", and photo uploading, qualification preliminary examination and payment confirmation are all carried out simultaneously through the network.

(2) Online confirmation
(1) 24 hours after the applicants submit their registration information online (postponed on holidays), they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).
(2) There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.
(3) Failure to confirm the registration qualification and upload photos online on time shall be deemed invalid.
(3) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.
The recruitment department (unit) conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates.
Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2. This is a long-term recruitment position, and there is no test ratio.
7 working days after the announcement, according to the registration situation, organize the assessment by yourself.

After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.

4. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;
③ The new measures for open recruitment of institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the public recruitment announcement of public institutions issued later, the personnel who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not served for three years.
(4) Before August 3, 2023, Kloc-0, newly hired civil servants with less than five years of service, or those who leave their work units (posts) and are not allowed to be dismissed according to regulations (including explicit agreements), or those who are not allowed to apply for public institutions according to other national and provincial regulations.
Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
The examination methods are: trial lecture and interview.
The time, place and method of trial lecture and interview will be notified by Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College by telephone or e-mail. Candidates should take the exam at the specified time and place, otherwise they will give up the exam.
(1) Qualification examination
Before the lecture, Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College will review the qualifications of the interviewers and check the original of the following materials: (1) ID card; (2) the highest academic degree and degree certificate, and the academic degree certificate of foreign countries (territories) must obtain the certification certificate of the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; (3) Other relevant materials required by the post, such as work certificate, professional title certificate, award-winning certificate, scientific research achievements and other relevant materials.
(2) Give a lecture
The content of the trial lecture is mainly based on the relevant professional knowledge and comprehensive ability required by the recruitment position, mainly testing the educational and teaching ability of the candidates, and evaluating the classroom teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect.
The test score is 60 points (full score 100).
(3) Interview
The interview was conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by Jiangsu Maritime Vocational and Technical College, which mainly tested the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality needed to perform the job responsibilities.
The interview score is 60 points (full score 100).
(4) Calculate the total score of the candidates with a percentage system, and the total score is 100, and inform the candidates of the trial and interview results on the spot.
Calculation method of post final score: final score = trial score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
If the total score is tied, the physical examination personnel shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to the person with the highest trial score.
If the test scores are the same as those in the interview, the ranking will be determined according to the interview plus the test.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.
The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to fill it in turn.
After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) propaganda and employment
For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period.
After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law, they should also serve in the school for 3 years (including the probation period).
In any of the following circumstances, the school will cancel the employment qualification:
1. The person who has no work unit fails to sign the employment contract with the school within 15 working days after being notified by the school to sign the employment contract;
2. The staff of a work unit can't provide proof of termination of working relationship with the original unit within 30 working days after the school informs them to sign the employment contract;
3 fresh graduates can not obtain the corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates on schedule.
