Rare natural villages in the Third Ring Road
Huyang Village is located in the east of Wuhan, which is very clever from the perspective of large regional positioning. To put it simply, the west of the village is adjacent to the East Lake, bordering the East Lake Greenway, and even has reached the level of integration with the Greenway, which is also the most easily recognized landmark in village positioning. To the east of the village is the Third Ring Road, which runs vertically from the entrance of the village to the north and south. Not only that, there is also a Wangqing Road, which is the only traffic artery leading to the outside world. On the whole, there is no traffic in the north-south direction of the village, and the east and west sides are separated by Wangqing Road (including the Third Ring Road) and East Lake Greenway. It is a typical "commercial no-man's land" because of its vast territory and sparsely populated living atmosphere.
Obviously, this "commercial no man's land" was born. In fact, this is a similar area, with a north-south diameter of more than ten miles along Wangqing Road. In other words, Huyang Village is not the only similar village near Huyang Village. There are at least several villages of different sizes in the north and south areas near Donghu Greenway and Wangqing Road. These villages are all local indigenous and natural villages without exception. They are scattered or concentrated buildings, and the main body is short multi-storey houses, with large and small scales. Because there is no planning, the building location and natural vegetation of the house are covered with each other, scattered and low-key, full of natural ecological atmosphere. I have to sigh that similar villages still exist in downtown Wuhan, and there are many in this area east of the Third Ring Road, which is really "forgotten".
The greenway resources near East Lake have advantages.
The location of Huyang Village is different from the characteristics of the East and the West. East of Wangqing Road, although it is considered as the main traffic road, its prosperity is far from that of urban roads. At most, it is the only advantage of having a bus, which I believe local people also understand. On the other hand, although there is no main traffic road to the west of Huyang Village, the planning and construction of the East Lake Greenway attracts people's attention. With the help of the high standard of greenway, the ecological environment and natural features of the village are set off. At the same time, the opening of the greenway to the village is a rare good thing, which also brings a certain number of tourists and indirectly drives the development of the village.
Moreover, for the residents in the village, because of the greenway, they can go for a walk and swim anytime and anywhere and watch it as the back garden of the village. Secondly, the construction of greenway makes the location advantage of the village get attention, and the relevant planning and construction are put on the agenda, which directly changes the face value of the village, which makes people happy. In the long run, with the comprehensive greenway series and increasing popularity year by year, people living in it will inevitably get more dividends.
The original environment made people think it was in the country.
The advantage of Huyang Village is its proximity to the East Lake Greenway. West of the village, planning and construction are in full swing, but in the final analysis, it is still a native natural village. On the east side of the village, it is blocked by the elevated railway and the Third Ring Road. The overall environment of Wangqing Road can only be said to be just enough for people to travel in nearby areas. In the long run, the development potential of this area is insufficient, and comprehensive environmental transformation is impossible. I'm afraid it will last a long time. Judging from the transformation of various areas in the urban area, this village located under the Third Ring Road has almost no possibility of demolition in the future, and the value of the village will be fixed.
When you turn into Huyang Village from Wangqing Road, the first thing you see is the huge viaduct overhead, which blocks the line of sight and makes the village easily overlooked. Continue to go to the village, at first glance, there are vegetation and trees, and the one-way street extends from the Woods, which is very abrupt. The road is muddy yellow, and you can tell at a glance that it is in disrepair. When you enter the village along the highway, you can see several houses at the entrance. Architectural features are also the most common three-story red brick houses in rural areas. There are also several low-rise buildings built against houses, probably kitchens or toilets. Further inside, the road began to bend, houses and fields flashed in turn, and occasionally a group of poultry ran quickly. There are no tall buildings, and there are vegetation and fields far and near. These scenes are exactly the same as those in the countryside. It is hard to imagine that it is in the Third Ring Road of Wuhan.
Perhaps the best impression of Huyang Village as a whole is on the Third Ring Road. It can be seen that the whole village is completely covered with vegetation, and only prominent houses are looming, which proves that people still live. After entering the village, you can still feel the deep breath of life. Although the buildings are not high and scattered, villagers can always be seen sitting in the shade playing cards and chatting. After the highway entered the village, the cleanliness improved a lot and it was spacious. The houses of residents along the road have also been transformed into shops, and the management consciousness is more sensitive. But it seems that there are more idle residents and more elderly people, which is the same as most rural areas.
But it is also different from other rural areas, that is, the traces and atmosphere of "demolition" in the village are very strong. Basically, every house is marked with a digital code, and there are many graffiti words "demolition". I don't know whether it is official behavior or private ridicule. Interestingly, many houses are temporarily added with walls, and the outer walls are not even decorated. Next to vegetable fields and poultry, it is very grounded.
Huyang Village belongs to Hongshan District in administrative division, which is one of the relatively large areas in downtown Wuhan. Therefore, the overall style and value of Huyang Village make people understand a little, knowing that it is also the scope of Hongshan District, and there are more remote places than it. However, objectively speaking, this style of village is still rare in the urban third ring road. It can only be said that Wangqing Road and the East Third Ring Road are really like forgotten corners.
