On April 24th, 2020, after the disclosure of soochow securities's 20 19 annual report, soochow securities officially announced the resignation of Wei Chun, the company's vice president, secretary-general and chief financial officer. There was no explanation for his resignation at that time. On April 29th, Suzhou Bank appointed Wei Chun as the vice president. On September 28th, Jiangsu Supervision Bureau of China Banking Regulatory Commission officially approved Wei Chun's qualification as vice president.
Wei Chun (first from right)
Wei Chun had been working in soochow securities before he became the vice president of Suzhou Bank. According to the data, Wei Chun was born in June, 1979, master's degree. From July 2006 to April 2002, he served as a researcher of Suzhou Securities (predecessor of soochow securities). From April 2002 to February 2002, he worked as an investigator, office secretary, deputy director of the office, director of the board of directors' office and director of the president's office in soochow securities Co., Ltd. In February 2007, he was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of soochow securities, and then assisted soochow securities.
At the age of 28, Wei Chun became the director of a securities company. Wei Chun was also the youngest among the secretaries of listed brokers at that time. Before Wei Chun became the Secretary-General of soochow securities, the previous Secretary-General was Fan Li, the current chairman and president of soochow securities. The post of Secretary-General is indeed a position that can cultivate people. A good secretary is a generalist.
In soochow securities, Wei Chun was awarded the new wealth gold medal as the Secretary-General for three consecutive years from 20 17 to 20 19, and the company was rarely punished or supervised by the regulatory authorities for information disclosure and other issues.
From the director of the securities firm to the vice president of the bank, from the perspective of listed companies, according to the articles of association of Suzhou Bank, the vice president and the secretary of the board of directors belong to other senior managers. Is this appointment a promotion or a transfer?
Although they are all administrative personnel, the responsibilities of the secretary-general are quite different from those of the vice-president in terms of the nature of their work.
A radish and a pit. Suzhou Bank now has four vice presidents, namely Wang Qiang (48 years old), Zhang Shuinan (55 years old), Zhang Xiaoyu (565,438+0 years old) and Wei Chun (465,438+0 years old). Among the four, Wei Chun is the only female vice president and the youngest.
As can be seen from the resumes of the other three vice presidents, Wang Qiang started to serve as vice president in May of 20 18, Zhang Shuinan served as vice president in 2004 and Zhang Xiaoyu served as vice president in 20 14, all of whom have banking experience.
Wei Chun belongs to airborne, a radish and a pit. On April 14, 2020, Suzhou Bank announced that Vice President Qian Feng resigned due to job changes.
The largest shareholder of soochow securities and Suzhou Bank is Suzhou International Development Group, holding 23.64% and 9% of the shares of the former respectively, and Suzhou SASAC holds 0/00% of the shares of Suzhou International Development Group.
Bank of Suzhou was listed only in August of October/Kloc-9, just one year after listing, and the company's closing price on September 29 has fallen below the issue price of 7.86 yuan per share.
We also hope that Wei Chun, the Secretary-General, can continue to shine in the position of vice president. Her case also tells us that the future career direction of the Secretary-General is also diverse. As long as you are good enough, the Secretary-General can be transferred to any position.
