(3) Persons who have a nationally recognized non-ordinary full-time undergraduate degree, have participated in the social basic old-age insurance payment in our city for 2 years or more, and are under the age of 50; Or a person who has a non-ordinary full-time undergraduate degree recognized by the state and obtained a bachelor's degree, has participated in the social basic old-age insurance payment in our city for 2 years or more, and is under the age of 45.
Account registration process:
1. Preparation materials: Prepare relevant documents and materials according to local policies and requirements, such as ID card, household registration book, marriage certificate (if any), work certificate, real estate license, etc.
2. Application for moving in: submit an application for moving in to the household registration administration department of the destination, fill in the relevant forms and provide the required materials. In some areas, online immigration is allowed, and the specific operation can be consulted with local government departments;
3. Review and approval: After the immigration application is submitted, the relevant departments will review the applicant's materials. After approval, an immigration certificate will be issued. In some areas, the applicant may need to go through the formalities at the scene;

Students who transfer to another school or enter a higher school shall start the student registration transfer procedure through the electronic student status system, which shall be verified by the transfer school and the student registration departments of both parties.
