The clustering industrialization of geological data information service is the direction and focus of geological data work in the future, and the clustering construction of geological data information service is the basis of the whole work. Only reasonable clustering can further promote the development of industrialization. This paper expounds the significance of clustering construction of geological data information service, and expounds the author's understanding of this work.
Keywords geological data clustering information service
After long-term accumulation, China has formed a large number of achievements, physical objects and original geological data, which contain great value. However, because geological information is hidden in various forms of media such as reports, charts, maps, specimens and cores, and because of scattered data storage, decentralized management and low degree of informatization, it is very difficult to utilize and re-develop geological data. In order to improve the utilization rate of data and deeply explore the potential value of data, the Ministry of Land and Resources proposed to carry out the clustering industrialization of geological data information services.
1 Significance of the construction of geological data information service cluster
1. 1 Promoting the cluster construction of geological data information service is a means to deeply tap the potential value.
Geological data information service cluster is not a simple spatial aggregation, but an organic information organization model. Refine and process the formed geological data, integrate geological information according to standards, organize it with the help of technical platform and management system, and provide it to relevant users through computers. The clustering construction of geological data information service can give full play to the role of existing geological data, extract the required information from complicated data information, avoid duplication of work and data waste, shorten the work cycle and greatly save costs, which is a means to deeply explore the potential value of geological data.
1.2 Promoting the clustering construction of geological data information service is an inevitable trend of data work development.
The establishment of spatial data of foreign geological data has developed rapidly. 1994, the United States proposed to establish a national spatial data infrastructure, and in 2003, it promulgated the "Geospatial One Stop (GOS for short)" plan, aiming at obtaining spatial information in a more convenient, fast and cheap way to meet the needs of the government and all walks of life. After several years of development, America's space technology has been advanced and its geological information products are quite rich. Russia has established the national digital geological information database and the regional (local) digital geological information database as the information analysis guarantee means for the geological research and utilization of underground resources. The British Geological Survey uses the three-dimensional digital geological model to improve the information service of geological data and conduct multidisciplinary research, so as to make better decisions on environmental changes and natural resources-related issues. In the early 1990s, the Australian Bureau of Mineral Resources, Geology and Geophysics and the state government jointly issued the National Geological Science Mapping Agreement, which combined new scientific methods with emerging technologies to produce the second generation of Australian land geological maps. Although China's geological data information service has made great progress, there are still some problems such as scattered geological data information, low degree of integration and refinement, imperfect geological data information service system and mechanism, single service means and methods, and slow progress in digitalization and networking. These problems are gradually reflected with the improvement of the utilization rate of geological data, and the clustering of geological data information services will surely become the trend of data work in the future.
1.3 Promoting the cluster construction of geological data information service is the driving force for the reform of geological data service mode.
With the development of information technology, the production process of geological data has changed greatly. At present, the first-hand geological data are all electronic documents, and the old data are also being digitized. The carrier of geological data service in the future will be electronic files. The clustering construction of geological data will effectively improve the utilization rate of information, increase the effective value of information exchange, minimize the loss of information and improve the information competitiveness of geological data.
2. Promote the construction of geological data information service cluster.
2. 1 The clustering of geological data information services needs to solve three problems.
Management level. Clear and unified guiding ideology, formulate scientific standards and norms to deal with the impact of traditional management models and methods; Reorganize business processes, and handle and solve the contradiction between current urgent needs and long-term goals.
Technical level. Solve the problem that the integration of information island and platform, the upgrade of integrated platform system and the utilization, demand and development of existing geological information data resources are out of line.
Operational level. Solve the relationship between platform system construction and system operation, lay the foundation of geological data information service and improve the management service level, management system problems, information talent team construction, etc.
2.2 Promote the construction of the three major systems
Construction of cluster organization system. The construction of geological data service cluster organization system is the key to promote the clustering and industrialization of geological data information service. Its overall goal is: under the leadership of the Ministry of Land and Resources, to establish an open national geological data information service institution with the National Geological Archives as the core, the 3 1 provincial geological data exchange institution as the backbone, close contact with the China Geological Survey and its subordinate units, the provincial geological survey institute, the environmental monitoring institute, the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources and other professional service units, relying on the network to enjoy the service platform, with moderate concentration of important comprehensive information and multi-level distribution of regional and professional information.
Construction of information security guarantee system for geological data. The construction of geological data security system is one of the important ways to promote the innovation of geological data management mechanism and improve the level of geological data management. Although geological data information clustering concentrates resources and information, it also improves the risk coefficient, from decentralized risk to centralized risk. Therefore, we must establish a dynamic, independent and open security system under the guidance of archives security theory, and integrate management, technology, personnel and activities to ensure the security of information and data. We must fully realize that the geological data information security system is a complex system engineering, which will penetrate into the formation stage, storage stage and maintenance stage of geological archives.
Construction of geological data resource system. At present, due to the dual system of geological data collection-paper data and electronic files are collected at the same time, all kinds of geological data will increase geometrically in the process of promoting geological data information clustering. The existing collection institutions have very limited hardware conditions for storing geological data, so the construction of geological data resource system should focus on the supervision of resources, rather than the complete concentration of geological data entities. The National Geological Archives should have the concept of "big archives", avoid the "big and comprehensive" approach, and upgrade the business guidance and inspection mode of provincial archives to the resource supervision mode. As long as the supervision is strong and the service system is perfect, it is unnecessary to emphasize the high concentration of geological data resources. In this way, in the construction of geological data resource system, it is also conducive to fully mobilizing the initiative and enthusiasm of the forming units, giving play to their functional advantages and forming an effective guarantee for geological data resources.
2.3 Accelerate the standardization of geological information.
The clustering of geological data is to solve the problem of unified standards first. In terms of standardization, China lacks the overall management regulations and related technical standards to guide the construction of geological data clustering industry, which easily leads to the problem of invalid conversion and connection caused by heterogeneous data in the process of clustering construction, forming an information island. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified geological data information integration standard in the future and handle the relationship between existing standards and future new standards.
3 Conclusion
Geological information is one of the information with large amount of data, wide coverage and wide application, and it is an information resource with global significance, long-term influence and lasting effect. In view of the problems existing in the current geological data information service, we should first concentrate on promoting the clustering of geological data, do a good job in cleaning, collecting, digitizing and standardizing the existing geological data, improve the management system and working mechanism matching with the clustering of geological data, and establish a unified platform and management system. On this basis, geological data information products are developed according to the needs of different users.
