4. Other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.
The processing flow of motor vehicle violation is as follows:
1. Bring your ID card, driver's license and driving license to the illegal handling hall;

The parties concerned shall pay the fine at the designated bank within fifteen days from the date of receiving the decision on administrative penalty for fine.
If the parties have no objection to the fines imposed on pedestrians, passengers and non-motor vehicle drivers, they may collect the fines on the spot.
Fines shall be issued by the financial departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government; If a receipt for the fine uniformly issued by the financial department is not issued, the party concerned has the right to refuse to pay the fine.
Eleventh "measures for the administration of road traffic safety violations"
Motor vehicle drivers have one of the following traffic violations, 3 points:

(eight) driving a motor vehicle is not required to avoid the school bus;
(nine) driving a truck that exceeds the maximum allowable total mass by more than 30% and less than 50%, or carrying passengers in violation of regulations;
(ten) driving a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle license plate installed in accordance with the provisions on the road;
(eleven) after the vehicle fails or stops on the road, it fails to use lights or set warning signs in accordance with the regulations;
(twelve) driving a road bus, a tourist bus or a dangerous goods transport vehicle that fails to carry out safety technical inspection regularly according to the regulations;
(thirteen) before the school bus on the road, did not check whether the school bus condition meets the safety technical requirements, or driving the school bus with safety hazards on the road;
(fourteen) driving a truck for more than 4 hours without stopping or parking for less than 20 minutes;
(fifteen) driving a motor vehicle on the highway below the prescribed minimum speed.
