First, the recruitment conditions

(2) Online confirmation
1. After submitting the registration information online for 24 hours (postponed on holidays), candidates can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination;
2. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination;
3. Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification on time and upload photos online are deemed invalid.
(3) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photos bareheaded, with the format of jpg and the size not exceeding 20Kb.
Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences conducts audit according to the information provided by candidates.
Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified immediately once they are verified.
2. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.
After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.
Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.
Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.

4. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
(1) active servicemen and non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities;
(2) Persons who have not been released from disciplinary action or are undergoing disciplinary review, and persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are suspected of committing crimes are under investigation;
(3) The Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions stipulates the positions that should be avoided;
(4) The new Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the public recruitment announcement of public institutions issued later, the personnel who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not completed their three-year service period.
(5) Before August 3, 2023, Kloc-0, newly hired civil servants with less than five years of service, or those who leave their work units (posts) and are not allowed to be dismissed according to regulations (including explicit agreements), or those who are not allowed to apply for public institutions according to other national and provincial regulations.
Three, examination methods, procedures and implementation measures
(1) The examination method is interview, and the examination ratio is 1: 1.
(2) Conduct qualification examination before the interview.
Those who fail to pass the review or fail to participate in the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview.
Candidates who have passed the online preliminary examination will send copies of the following materials to the Personnel Department of Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences before April 14, 2023. Those who fail to submit the materials within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification.

2. Bachelor's degree certificate;
3. In 2023, graduates must provide graduates' two-way employment recommendation form, graduates' employment agreement and academic transcripts;
4. Returned overseas students shall provide the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students and the Certificate of Academic Degree Certification issued by the Service Center for Studying Abroad of the Ministry of Education;
5. Proof materials of representative scientific research achievements, such as papers, award certificates, doctoral dissertations, etc.
(3) The interview was organized by Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences, and the interview was conducted in the form of academic defense, mainly to examine the academic background, professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality of the candidates.
(4) The results of the interview will be notified to the candidates by the jury on the spot.
The score line for the candidates to pass the interview is 70 points (full score 100).
(5) Candidates will be informed of the interview time and place before the interview.
At the same time, the list of interviewers is published on the website of Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences. Candidates are requested to pay attention to our website in time.
Candidates should attend the interview on time, and those who fail to attend the interview at the specified time and place are deemed to have given up automatically.
The recruitment work (from the deadline for registration to the announcement of the list of persons to be hired) is planned to be completed within 50 working days.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
(1) After the examination, among those who have passed the examination, the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
When a job vacancy occurs due to unqualified medical examination and other reasons, it can be filled in the interview qualified personnel according to the interview results from high score to low score.
(2) Our unit will organize an inspection for those who pass the physical examination, focusing on the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, job-related business ability and work performance, and verify the candidates' qualifications.

(2) The person who has no objection to publicity will sign an employment contract with our hospital after going through the filing formalities with the provincial human resources and social security department.
The term of this contract is 5 years, the probation period for the first employee is 12 months, and the probation period for other employees is 6 months.
After the probation period expires, those who fail to pass the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
Unless the employment contract is terminated according to laws and regulations, the minimum service period is 3 years (including probation period).
Our hospital gives certain rental subsidies and scientific research start-up fees.
(3) After the list of persons to be employed is publicized, if the applicant gives up the employment qualification without justifiable reasons, he will be disqualified from applying for the unit again within 1 year after the list is publicized.
