The main contents and basic requirements of archives completion acceptance:
(1) The implementing agency of e-government project shall clarify the archives management system and responsibilities, establish archives work rules and regulations and business norms, and take effective measures to uniformly manage the archives formed by the unit and participating units;
(2) The collection, arrangement and filing of e-government project documents should be included in contract management, with clear requirements and effective control measures;
Two stages of e-government project acceptance
1. The preliminary acceptance shall be organized by the project construction application.
2. The completion acceptance is organized by the e-government project completion acceptance committee established by the project examination and approval department or its organization; For e-government projects with small construction scale or simple construction content, the project examination and approval department may entrust the project construction unit to organize acceptance.
Project construction departments should attach great importance to the management of e-government projects. In strict accordance with the relevant requirements of Decree No.55 of the National Development and Reform Commission, we will strengthen the standardized management of the whole process of e-government project initiation, construction, acceptance and operation to ensure the construction quality and investment benefit of e-government projects.

In order to comprehensively strengthen the national e-government project construction management, ensure the quality of project construction, and improve the investment benefit, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Decision of the State Council Municipality on the Reform of Investment System and relevant regulations.
Article 2 These Measures shall apply to national e-government construction projects using central financial funds (hereinafter referred to as "e-government projects").
