Jianyan Kaibo Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. is a holding supervision company directly under China Institute of Building Research. Its predecessor was Beijing Kaibo Construction Supervision Company. With the approval of China Institute of Building Research, the Ministry of Finance approved the restructuring according to the Company Law, and was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce as Jianyan Kaibo Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., which started the supervision business in 1990 and was the first batch of supervision pilot units of the Ministry of Construction.
