For any intermediary real estate speculation, the Municipal Housing Construction Committee will "do" every "speculation", find it together, investigate it together, and will never tolerate it.

In yesterday's law enforcement inspection, Xu stressed that real estate intermediaries should operate in compliance with the law and must not participate in real estate speculation, including speculation in high-priced houses and school districts. Once an intermediary or broker is found to be involved in real estate speculation, it will drive up house prices. Every "rise" will be investigated and every "speculation" will be "done". Real estate agents are also not allowed to run projects illegally. Once found, hell to pay will not be tolerated.
