Where an overseas employment service agency assists in handling overseas employment, it shall refer to the employment contract signed by the applicant and an overseas employer with the right to operate overseas employment confirmed by the overseas employment service agency.

Four. Definition of Urgent Matters According to the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Public Security on Urgent Matters, urgent matters refer to:

2. Go abroad to attend or handle the funeral of relatives and friends;

4. Studying abroad, the start time is approaching;

5. It is urgent to go abroad for medical treatment;

6. The entry permit or visa of the destination country is about to expire;

7. Other emergency reasons identified by the exit-entry administration department of public security. The applicant can apply for an expedited passport and certificate according to the situation, and the entry-exit management office of the provincial public security department will complete the certification work within 2 working days after receiving the certification materials; In case of emergency, the certification shall be completed within 1 working day; If the situation is particularly urgent, the certification will be completed immediately.

When applying for a replacement passport, you should provide the relevant proof of China nationality, the legal identity certificate or valid residence certificate of the host country, a written report on the details of the loss or theft of the original passport, fill in the relevant forms and submit three two-inch bareheaded front photos. After verification by the original issuing authority, the relevant embassy or consulate will issue a new passport.

Passport extension procedures should be handled before the expiration of the passport validity period.
