Second, registration.

The registration work is organized by the Personnel Department of the Water Resources Department in conjunction with the Jiangsu University Admissions and Employment Guidance Service Center and related units.

3, registration matters needing attention and qualification examination

Applicants must provide effective contact information (mobile phone number must be provided) and ID number. Personal data must be true and valid. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the examination or employment.

Each applicant is limited to one position; You can't register with your old and new ID cards at the same time. Registration must be consistent with the ID card used in the examination room.

4, online confirmation and admission ticket acquisition method

From May 7th to May 9th, candidates who pass the preliminary qualification examination must use their user names to log in to the Jiangsu University Graduates Employment Network Alliance (www.9 1job.gov.cn), confirm their personal information, pay the registration fee 100 yuan through the online payment system "Alipay" according to the standards approved by the provincial finance and price departments, and download and print the admission ticket. Candidates who have not paid the fee are deemed to have given up the examination qualification automatically. Graduates from colleges and universities outside Jiangsu Province must paste a recent 1 inch bareheaded photo at the designated position of the admission ticket.

(2) Other explanatory matters.

Applicants who have husband-and-wife relationship, lineal consanguineous relationship, collateral consanguineous relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for positions with direct superior-subordinate leadership relationship with the person in charge of the unit. If the person in charge of open recruitment and its staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the candidates, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of recruitment, they should withdraw.

In view of the hardships and remoteness of water conservancy grass-roots units in northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu, if the number of applicants is less than 3 times of the number of recruits for this position, it can be reduced after being approved by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department.

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures

Undergraduate and postgraduate job recruitment examinations include written examinations and interviews.

(1) The content of the written test is based on the "Jiangsu Province 20 13 Examination for Civil Servants" to test a paper. The written test does not specify a review book.

(2) The written test time is 9: 00 am on Saturday, May 6th-11. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.

(3) After the written test, there is no qualified score line. According to the order from high score to low score, reduce the proportion of positions in northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu, reduce the proportion of interviewers and determine the interviewers; For other positions, the candidates for the interview shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

The written test scores of interviewers will be published on Jiangsu Water Conservancy Network (www.jswater.gov.cn) and Jiangsu University Graduates Employment Network Alliance (www.9 1job.gov.cn), and the rest of the candidates can check with their ID cards or admission tickets.

(4) The list of interviewers was published in Jiangsu Water Resources Network (www.jswater.gov.cn). The interview was conducted in accordance with the interview method formulated by the Provincial Water Resources Department. Candidates will be informed in advance of the interview method in writing. Before the interview, the recruiting unit will examine the qualifications of the interviewers. At the time of qualification review, candidates should, according to the notice of the recruiting unit, bring their ID card, student ID card, written test admission ticket, two-way employment recommendation form for graduates issued by their school, employment agreement for college graduates and other originals within the specified time. Only those who pass the qualification review can participate in the interview. If the retest fails or the candidate gives up the interview, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the candidate for the same position will be selected from high score to low score.

Those who fail to participate in the qualification review within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the interview.

The score of passing the interview is 60 points. The interviewer will inform the candidates of the interview results on the spot.

(5) The written test score accounts for 30%, and the interview score accounts for 70%, which is included in the final total score.

Complete all recruitment work within 60 working days (from the registration deadline to the final selection and publicity).

Fourth, employment.

After the examination, the final score of the candidates is determined according to the calculation method of the total score, and the physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). If the medical examiner gives up or fails to pass the medical examination, the medical examiner can be replaced from high to low according to the total score. Those who give up after the medical examination will cancel the job recruitment plan.

The employing unit shall organize the physical examination of qualified personnel, and determine the list of personnel to be employed according to the results of physical examination and assessment. The list of candidates will be published on the website of Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security. The formula includes employer, job title, candidate's name, graduation institution, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

After the publicity is consistent, the employer shall handle the relevant employment procedures and sign an employment contract with it. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished. The probation period for employees with college education is 12 months, and the probation period for others is 6 months. After the probation period expires, the post will be graded. Those who fail to pass the examination will be disqualified, the employment relationship will be suspended, and individuals will choose their own jobs.
