Thanks to the organizers "Boiling International Ecological Alliance" and "Guangdong TV Station" for giving this sharing opportunity! I am a Sichuanese, born in a military family! In the first chapter "Lifelong Growth", Teacher Fan Deng said
Thinking mode is divided into: growth thinking mode/fixed thinking mode.
It is believed that people's ability can be cultivated hard. Although people are born with different talents, qualifications and personalities, they can all be changed through hard work and experience. This is a growing mode of thinking.
And fixed thinking, thinking that people's talents remain unchanged. This makes people want to prove their intelligence, personality and characteristics all the time. They will take what happened as a direct yardstick to measure their abilities and values.
I define myself as the former!
I love reading! Because books let me meet all kinds of people, experience all kinds of things and meet all kinds of waiting!
Friends are always concerned and ask, "Are you tired of studying? Give 100 public reading sharing meeting to promote full name reading?"
Teacher Fan Deng once said, in fact, whether we are tired or not is just a label that our brains put on it. We spend other people's time on studying, partying with friends, and input and output, and keep running on the road of practicing and promoting full name reading. As long as there is no difference in my heart, I just walk, live, sit and lie down!
Reading is to pass on the methods proved by theory and practice to everyone.
Someone asked me why I joined Fan Deng to promote "Full Name Reading Scholarly China".
I have the motivation to help people around me, because I see that many friends, colleagues and relatives around me don't have the habit of reading, and then they are troubled by all kinds of pains in life every day, and I don't know how to solve and fight, so I thought, how to change this problem?
When I was studying in Fan Deng, I read 282 books a year, including Non-violent Communication, Thinking Fast and Slow, Impromptu Speech, Alliance and other books with different modes of thinking ... This greatly improved my self-awareness and happiness in life, which benefited me a lot! I can grow up, so can my relatives, friends and colleagues around me work with certificates to make life happier? Can I be a ferryman? Let them discover their beautiful selves? So I will start from the perspective of helping people around me and realizing others' dreams!

On the way to promote full name reading, I met Noah, the "ecological founder of boiling international alliance" with the same values and mission! Noah's Ark! We met in Shenzhen on April 30th, 2009, 20 1 1. I felt a pattern/dream/experience during his earnest and enthusiastic talk about "Boiling International Ecological Alliance, taking the fate of Chinese people around the world as the ultimate goal, and providing the ultimate life service, top business opportunities and luxury enjoyment for every member of the ecological alliance". The first seed germinated, so I studied 20 19 10 in Fan Deng. 1On October 20th, 5,000 people in Guangzhou Tianhe Gymnasium "improved their happiness ability with growth thinking". "Boiling International Ecological Alliance" asks for nothing in return, knowing that we need funds, but resolutely gives us joint sponsorship! This seed of love germinates and grows, flourishing! This is an action to support Fan Deng's study! At the same time, it reminds me of Fan Deng's book Alliance. In the end, consistent interests, values and goals increase the probability of a long-term stable alliance between people and talents!
Thirty-seven days later, at this moment, all of you here are cultivating the second seed "Bright Public Welfare Plan"!
