Understanding and experience of communication

Communication is particularly important in daily life and an important part of interpersonal communication. What experience do you have in communication? The following is a model essay on communication perception and experience compiled by me for your reference only. Welcome to read it.

Some time ago, Fan was lucky enough to attend the communication and service training seminar organized by the company, which made me learn a lot, such as the details that should be paid attention to in communication, the main points of communication, the methods of effectively resolving contradictions, the methods of correctly criticizing and appreciating people, and the skills of good communication with superiors, subordinates and colleagues, which benefited me a lot and made me realize my previous shortcomings in communication, which was of great help to my future work.

First of all, we should put ourselves in a correct position. Have a good attitude when communicating, be unselfish, selfish and arrogant, and pay attention to each other's emotions, needs and inconveniences; We should be honest with each other when we get along. Asking questions at work and helping to solve problems will promote mutual understanding. Therefore, in communication with people, mentality is the basic problem of communication. Learning communication made me understand the importance of communication. In the future, I will use the communication skills I have learned to deal with interpersonal relationships at work, and then devote myself to my work. As a manager, you should not only have the ability to deal with problems, difficulties and setbacks, but also establish good interpersonal relationships with colleagues and partners. Therefore, improving personal communication skills and managing interpersonal relationships are the key to success. Communication is to control employees' behavior and see if employees do as required. Without communication, you wouldn't know. Communication is to motivate employees and improve performance. Communication means expressing feelings and sharing frustration and satisfaction. Communication is to circulate information, strengthen information and prevent information from breaking. This requires us to strengthen communication with employees in our daily work and effectively guide employees' behavior. Enjoy the lessons of setbacks and the joy of success with employees, and grasp the sustainable and benign development direction of work. The basic problem of communication is mentality, which requires us to correct the attitude of communication, start with how to improve work efficiency and strengthen communication with employees. In particular, do a good job of communication with employees. The basic principle of communication is caring, which requires us to always care about the growth of employees, encourage employees to combine realizing their own value with creating value for the company, and achieve a win-win situation for personal development and company growth in hard projects. The basic requirement of communication is initiative, which requires our managers to actively communicate with employees and give support and feedback when employees encounter difficulties, so that the whole communication management is in a positive and smooth state. When communicating, we should pay attention to the communication mode, consider the attitude, knowledge and social and cultural background of the communication object, correctly use the communication art, and remove all kinds of obstacles. When communicating with others, learn to listen. Listen more and talk less, at least listen first and then speak, and master listening skills.

Effective communication can improve our work efficiency and get twice the result with half the effort. To do this, we need deep professional knowledge support, rich engineering practice experience, good professional ethics and indomitable work style.

In the future, I will try my best to: give full play to my subjective initiative, study hard and attach importance to the acquisition of theory and knowledge; Be brave in practice, increase talents in practice, and be good at summing up, so as to accumulate experience, learn lessons and strengthen the concept of unity; Always reflect and analyze yourself, enhance self-adjustment ability, pay attention to unity and do things in a down-to-earth manner; Allow people to speak freely and improve their psychological endurance; We must be open-minded and tolerant of others, but also have psychological endurance, focus on our career and not be humiliated.

People say that universities are half a society, but I think they are not worthy of the name. First of all, there is no naked money, material and class relationship in universities. Secondly, the relationship between students in the university is relatively simple, and there are not many fierce relationships involved. Society doesn't need to make a living to support its family, and many things that it doesn't like to do can be avoided. Of course, this is just a casual personal opinion.

Think about it carefully, from a high school student who has just left high school and is always shy to strangers to a college student who has started counting down the days of leaving school, because I have also degenerated a lot in interpersonal communication.

Speaking of interpersonal communication, I think we should first uphold a belief: don't be afraid! I remember when I was a freshman, I was a little introverted. When I meet strangers, I always feel nervous involuntarily, which brings confusion in thinking and behavior. In many cases, I said the wrong thing because I was nervous and afraid. I still remember attending the tutor interview when I was a sophomore. I've gone through five hurdles and cut six generals, but I will stick to the final personal interview, but I was finally brushed off. I still remember getting up the courage to ask the leader of the steering group why she lost the election. She only answered me in eight words: "I am very capable, but I am too shy." This is the first time I have suffered a big loss because of interpersonal problems. I was defined as "shy" because I was too nervous about strangers during the interview and finally missed the opportunity I got quickly.

At that time, I began to consciously or unconsciously let myself get in touch with strangers and try to practice my courage, such as actively participating in club activities and attending symposiums. I seize every opportunity to try to get in touch with strangers, open my heart and talk about some ideas, and gradually eliminate my fear of strangers. After a period of time, I found that my circle of friends gradually expanded, and I was no longer at a loss in the face of strangers. I even gradually like the communication with strangers, the collision of thoughts and the transmission of emotions, and I gradually become more cheerful and happier. Secondly, I think in interpersonal communication, we should try our best to observe more. The university has made me know more people from different places and different social and cultural backgrounds. In the interaction with them, I found that if we don't pay attention to observation in face-to-face or other communication methods, it is easy to misunderstand because of some unnecessary things, which will have a negative impact on our interpersonal relationship. In my opinion, observation includes the daily life, habits, hobbies and interests of people around. Finally, I think, in the process of interpersonal communication, we should pay attention to one thing: stay out of it! But it depends on your relationship with the person you communicate with. Because I have suffered losses in this respect. In a word, interpersonal communication is a profound subject and an art, and I still have a long way to go. Go ahead and work hard!

Fan Wensan's so-called communication ability means that managers have the ability to collect and send information, express their thoughts, feelings and attitudes to others effectively and clearly through written, oral and body language media, and interpret others' information quickly and correctly, so as to understand others' thoughts, feelings and attitudes. Communication skills involve many aspects, such as simplifying the use of language, actively listening, paying attention to feedback, controlling emotions and so on. Although having communication skills does not mean becoming an effective manager, lack of communication skills will make managers encounter many troubles and obstacles.

I have studied communication skills for one semester and mastered communication skills with colleagues, bosses, subordinates, customers and other different roles. Take getting along with colleagues as an example: communication and respect with colleagues are the premise, and secondly, we should have a sense of cooperation, make good use of smiles and humor, share happiness with colleagues, take the initiative to make profits, skillfully handle objections and differences, get along well, and learn from old colleagues with an open mind. In fact, in daily life, I am not a person who pays special attention to communication. Especially now, when I leave home and come to this newly familiar city, I am surrounded by friends I just met. If I don't know them, I can't communicate smoothly. Those friends who are far away from me gradually become strangers because they don't contact and communicate. But since I learned the course of communication skills, I have changed and become active in communication. For the students around me, I will take the initiative to chat with them; Distant friends, I will occasionally call them to tell them my recent situation and ask them how they are; For my family, I will call back every Saturday night to report my safety. Gradually, once strange old friends became close, good friends became better, and dear family became more at ease. It is communication that has changed all this and made my life so beautiful.

Our life cannot be separated from communication at all. Whether we get along with classmates, teachers, friends and family, communication plays a vital role, but if we don't understand this, I will suffer greatly. I remember that I had a little conflict with a roommate shortly after school started. The thing is this: I was in a bad mood that day, and it was raining outside, which cast a veil over my mood. Unfortunately, my roommate asked me to bring her books. There are three books in that area. I was stunned when I first listened to it, and then said coldly: Whatever. If you don't say nothing, just say that your roommate is angry. Because of this, we were deadlocked for several days and ignored each other for those days. Later, I talked to her once, and in the end, it was a lot of troubles, and we made up again. An unintentional word, an impulsive word, don't underestimate its weight. Carelessness is enough to ruin a hard-won relationship. In this matter, we all adopted a cold attitude at first. But this method will only make things worse. Without communication, contradictions will never be solved, and we may become such strangers!

It is precisely because of learning the course of communication skills that I have more deeply realized the importance of communication and mastered the necessary skills of communication. But practice produces true knowledge, and only when it is applied to real life can it play its due role.

Perception and experience of communication: This is the end of Fan's one-semester communication skills course. Through this semester's study, we understand the importance of communication skills, and let us know that any human activity can not be separated from communication, and good communication skills are an important guarantee for your success.

On the first day of class, the teacher told us the factors of a person's success: 75% depends on communication and 25% on acquired ability. Communication is an indispensable part of human existence and social activities. As long as we pay more attention to the things around us, we will find that any husband and wife, husband and wife, family, relatives, neighbors and business, social, official and management activities are inseparable from communication with people. Generally speaking, communication is a process in which the sender sends information to the intended target (receiver) through certain channels (also called media or channels) and seeks feedback to achieve mutual understanding.

Communication is not only between parents and children, but also between husband and wife and friends. It can be said that people living in this world must communicate with others. Moreover, there are many ways to communicate. Common people can communicate face to face, uncommon people can communicate by phone or SMS, and those who can surf the Internet can communicate through the Internet, even body language. The good thing is that the creator gave us a beautiful thing. Good communication can make parents know their children's situation in time and help them better. Children can also get to know their parents through communication, thus achieving parent-child harmony. This is the basic point of a happy family. And I think what everyone is talking about now is the lack of good communication. Everyone lives in this society. Even if the living environment is different, they can get along better as long as they communicate more.

Communication can be divided into verbal communication and nonverbal communication, of which verbal communication only accounts for 7% and nonverbal communication accounts for 93%. Communication is not only the need of human affinity and motivation, but also can promote human physical and mental health. There are various forms of communication, including one-way communication and two-way communication, formal communication and informal communication, shallow communication and deep communication. Once the communication goal is determined, we should choose the appropriate communication form to achieve the goal. Communication, like management, has no optimal answer, only satisfactory answer. The communication skills course covers a wide range of topics. It includes obedience skills, conversation skills, debate skills, speech skills, persuasion skills, negotiation skills, team communication skills, communication in daily life, communication at work, cross-cultural communication and modern communication means.
