6. Overall management mechanism. In practical work, we also find that sometimes there are certain conflicts in the management systems of different departments within the Education Bureau, which leads to confusion between schools and teachers. Therefore, in the process of formulating relevant policies, we should also give full play to the functions of unified leadership, unified management and internal coordination of the Education Bureau, coordinate the basic education department, audio-visual education hall, teaching and research section, information department, information center and other functional departments, unify the relevant concepts and ideas of educational informatization application, and distinguish the responsibilities of various departments in different projects, so as to avoid cross-management confusion and hinder the normal work. At present, there is still a phenomenon of compartmentalization in the construction of educational informatization, which lacks standardization, standardization and compatibility and makes it difficult to share information resources. The key to solve these problems lies in planning the construction of various educational systems based on educational technology standards.
In view of resource construction, education management and teachers' educational technology ability, the education department has formulated the following standards respectively:
1. Online educational technology standard: The Ministry of Education launched the project of "Educational Informatization Technology Standard (CELTS)" on 200 1. Interoperability specification of educational management information system is a technical specification for guiding the interconnection of educational management information systems, which is organized by the Education Informatization Standards Committee and presided over by Beijing Normal University.
3. Educational technology standards: including students' educational technology standards (CETS), teachers' educational technology standards (CETS T), educational administrators' educational technology standards (CETS A) and educational technology professionals' technical standards (CETS P), which set clear targets for four categories of personnel in the education system. In the process of procurement and application of educational information system, it should be clearly required to follow the above standard framework, put forward specific test schemes and requirements, hire standard experts to supervise and guide, and promote the interconnection of different enterprise software from the source of user demand. Only when users, enterprises, experts and administrative agencies interact can standards be truly applied and an orderly educational information market be formed.
Utilize social services-promote application
In the whole process of promoting the application of educational informatization, we are faced with technical support problems such as network security, system maintenance and equipment update. At present, most of these technical supports are completed by network management teachers and information technology teachers in schools. However, due to the surge of information technology equipment in schools, the workload of network administrators and computer teachers has also increased several times than before. While completing the task of information technology teaching, they also need to maintain the relevant information equipment of the school. Often, the support is not timely, the network management personnel are exhausted, and the subject teachers are full of complaints. In order to solve this problem, the regional education department can set up a special technical service support team, or outsource the relevant maintenance work in the whole region to related companies, so that the responsibilities are clear, and the network management teachers and information technology teachers of the school can be appropriately restricted in staffing, so that they can teach with peace of mind, mainly responsible for promoting the information application of the school, rather than expensive equipment maintenance workers; The reduced funds for teachers will be used for a special technical service support team to be responsible for the network security and system maintenance of schools and improve the response rate of problems.
