2. The Contract Law stipulates that the carrier, that is, the courier company, has the responsibility to keep the transported express mail. If the goods are damaged during transportation, the courier company shall compensate the consumers according to the agreement. If there is no agreement, the compensation shall be made according to the market price, that is, the compensation shall be made according to the market price at the time of delivery or at the place where the goods arrive.
