Where is the reception for freshmen at the University of Texas?

Houdelou University of Texas Dezhou University is a comprehensive public undergraduate college in Shandong Province, located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province. The school was founded in May 197 1 and was approved by the Ministry of Education as an ordinary undergraduate college in March 2000. There is a reception desk for freshmen in front of Houde Building, which only receives and guides freshmen and does not handle all kinds of registration procedures.
