1. Real estate brokerage fee

In the case of exclusive agency, the charging standard may be appropriately increased, but it shall not exceed 3% of the transaction price. 2. Real estate consulting fee
The written consultation fee is calculated according to the technical difficulty and complexity of the consultation report combined with the target amount. Ordinary, each charge 300 yuan ~ 1000 yuan. For complex cases, the charging standard may be appropriately increased, but it shall not exceed 0.5% of the amount of the consulting target. This charging standard is a guiding reference price.

3. Price evaluation fee
The real estate appraisal fee, which is mainly based on real estate, is divided into different situations, and the price difference is charged according to the total price of real estate. The charging standards for land price assessment shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on Land Price Assessment Charges issued by the State Planning Commission and the State Land Bureau.
The charging standards for real estate intermediary services in special economic zones may be appropriately raised, but shall not exceed 30% of the above standards. Intermediary service institutions shall, in accordance with the provisions of the municipal price department, adhere to the principles of rationality, openness, honesty and credit, strictly implement the charging principles and standards, and effectively provide services commensurate with quality and price. In addition, real estate intermediary service charges shall be clearly marked, and intermediary service institutions shall announce their charging items, service contents, charging methods, charging standards and other matters in a prominent position in their business premises or payment places.
