According to the Notice of the Ministry of Finance of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China on Promoting the Pilot Work of Changing Business Tax to Value-added Tax (Caishui [2016] No.36) with notes on sales services, intangible assets and real estate, "modern service industries include R&D and technical services, information technology services, cultural and creative services, logistics auxiliary services, leasing services, forensic consulting services, radio and television services, business auxiliary services and other modern services."
