1. The applicant must meet the following conditions:

(1) has a permanent residence in this city;

(2) The per capita housing construction area is lower than that of the whole city last year;

(3) Last year, the per capita income of families was lower than that of cities and towns.

2. Information to be submitted by the applicant:

(1) written application for purchasing affordable housing;

(2) if there is a work unit, provide written proof of its economic income and housing situation issued by the unit and the competent department;

(3) if there is no work unit, provide written proof of economic income and housing situation issued by the community and sub-district office where the household registration is located.

3, approval workflow:

(1) The applicant applies to the district real estate bureau where he lives;

(2) The District Real Estate Bureau will conduct a preliminary examination of the applicant's qualifications when the information provided by the applicant is complete;

(3) Applicants who have passed the preliminary examination shall be publicized by the District Real Estate Bureau in the community where their household registration (residence) is located, and the publicity period is 7 days;

(4) Inform the applicant of the examination and approval results in writing within 7 working days after the end of the late publicity period.
