Brief introduction of China Cultural Relics Exchange Center
Established in 197 1, China Cultural Relics Exchange Center is a bureau-level institution directly under National Cultural Heritage Administration. The main functions are to organize, coordinate and undertake exhibitions of cultural relics leaving the country (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and exhibitions of overseas cultural relics coming to China, exhibitions of overseas cultural relics returning to China and exhibitions of domestic cultural relics; Responsible for organizing, coordinating and undertaking international cooperation and exchange projects of cultural heritage, as well as international cooperation, academic exchange and business investigation projects of cultural relics and museums; Carry out cultural relics exchange related work, provide information consultation and undertake various business trainings; Cooperate with the cultural relics exhibition to develop and manage cultural relics replicas and souvenirs; Carry out cultural relics tourism service activities. In addition, entrusted by National Cultural Heritage Administration, he undertook the preliminary examination of cultural relics exhibitions at home and abroad, received visiting groups and applied for passports and visas.
