Business experience
Applicants should have at least 4 years of full-time (or equivalent to 4 years of part-time) work experience, and should be obtained in technical, professional or management positions with judgment responsibility, problem solving and communication with other managers or professionals, peers and customers.
Work experience that meets the registration requirements should be obtained after obtaining the corresponding academic qualifications.
Applicants should submit written proof of their work experience. The certificate should provide the applicant's job responsibilities, post and level.
Note 1: Work experience refers to technical and professional work experience related to management. In principle, it is the experience of an organization's personnel in relevant management departments (such as quality control, inspection, metrology, technology, training, standardization and other departments) and the person in charge of the implementation department (such as the person in charge of inspection and testing institutions, the person in charge of the workshop, the project manager, etc.). ) is regarded as acceptable work experience when registered as a registered consultant.
Note 2: Experience of operators in specific positions in the implementation department (such as sales staff, medical staff, financial cashier, equipment operators, personnel engaged in specific services in service industry, etc.). ) cannot be accepted as work experience when registered as a registered consultant.
Working experience in quality management
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience related to quality management in all their work experience.
Appropriate quality management experience includes QMS implementation, operation, consultation, audit, scientific research and teaching.
QMS certification consulting experience
Applicants for internship certification consulting have no requirements for QMS certification consulting experience.
Requirements for QMS certification consulting experience of certification consultant applicants:
Successfully completed at least 4 times of QMS certification consulting experience under the guidance of senior certification consultants or certification consultants.
Requirements for QMS certification consulting experience of senior certification consultant applicants:
As a consultant and the head of the certification consulting group, he has successfully completed at least four QMS certification consulting experiences.
Certified quality management system certification consulting experience
A QMS certification consulting experience should at least include the following four activities: research and diagnosis system planner training document system operation and maintenance internal audit or compliance audit management review QMS certification consulting experience should be obtained within 3 years before submitting registration application; Certification consulting clients with QMS certification consulting experience should successfully obtain the corresponding certification certificate after completing the consultation. Registered and recognized quality management system standards
Quality management system certification consultation should be based on acceptable quality management system standards, including:
GB/T 1900 1─2008 Equivalent Quality Management System Substitution Standard (see 1.3 for the definition) When applying for consulting experience in the certification of equivalent quality management system substitution standard, the applicant shall submit the Application Form for the Use of Equivalent Substitution Standard, the current effective text of substitution standard and GB/T 18 to CCAA.
CCAA will review the substitution standard and confirm that it is equivalent to GB/T 1900 1-2008, and then recognize the declared certification consulting experience; If the alternative standard is not confirmed by CCAA evaluation or is not equivalent, CCAA will not accept the declared certification consulting experience.
Certification consulting experience record
The registration and re-registration of certification consultants and senior certification consultants should be accompanied by an application for certification consulting experience records. Records shall contain at least the following information:
Date and duration of certification consultation; Quality management system standards on which certification consultation is based; Activities included in the certification consulting experience [see 2.1.4.41]; Number of members of the certification advisory group; The identity, role and work of the applicant in the certification advisory group; Name and contact information of consulting customers (address, postal code, management representative and telephone number); Certification consulting experience records should use the unified format specified by CCAA.
