The real estate registration materials mentioned in these Measures include:
(1) Real estate registration results such as real estate registration book;
(2) Original materials for real estate registration, including the application for real estate registration, the applicant's identity materials, the source of real estate ownership, the reasons for registration, the investigation results of real estate ownership, and the materials audited by the real estate registration agency. Real estate registration information shall be kept and managed by the real estate registration agency.
