During the weekend in Spring Festival travel rush, at 8:30- 17 every day, the roads in West Lake Scenic Area are restricted by small motor vehicles with single and even numbers. The roads around the lake, such as Beishan Road, Nanshan Road and Yang Gongdi, prohibit the passage of high-emission motor vehicles of national II and below.
In layman's terms, it is a single-day billing car, a double-day double-number car.
Implement one-way traffic for motor vehicles.
① Every weekend at 8:30- 17.
Meiling North Road (Jiqingshan Tunnel to Longjing Road intersection) implements one-way traffic of motor vehicles from west to east.
In Yanguan Lane, Zhonghe Road, motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the scenic spot from east to west (except buses and unit vehicles along the route).
Lingyin Road (from Hongchun Bridge to Baile Bridge) implements one-way traffic of motor vehicles from east to west.
Lingyin Branch Road (Bai Le Bridge to Lingxi South Road) implements one-way traffic of motor vehicles from west to east.
② Implement counterclockwise unidirectional circulation measures as appropriate:
Nanshan Road (section from Yuhuangshan intersection to Yang Gongdi intersection) and Hushu Road (section from Yang Gongdi intersection to Jiuyaoshan tunnel) are subject to one-way traffic from east to west.
Jiuyaoshan Tunnel and Lianhuafeng Route are one-way traffic from west to east.
Yuhuangshan Road (Lianhuafeng intersection to Nanshan Road intersection) maintains two-way traffic.
During the implementation of one-way traffic measures on Nanshan Road (Yuhuangshan intersection to Yang Gongdi intersection), buses will pass and stop in the right lane.
Don't turn left at some intersections.

Zhijiang Land Rover runs the intersection (Pagoda of Six Harmonies prohibits motor vehicles from turning left from west to north (except buses and taxis).
Motor vehicles are prohibited from turning left from east to south at the intersection of Tiger Road and Lianhuafeng; It is forbidden for motor vehicles to turn left from west to north at Manjuelong intersection of Hushu Road.
Motor vehicles are prohibited from turning left from west to north at the intersection of Tiger Road and Santaishan.
Motor vehicles are prohibited from turning left from north to east at Yang Gongdi intersection of Nanshan Road (except buses).
The whole section of Nanshan Road (Yuhuangshan Road to Yang Gongdi) prohibits motor vehicles from turning left and turning around.
② Every weekend at 8:30- 19 on the northern line of the scenic spot:
It is forbidden for motor vehicles to turn left from north to east and west to north at Geling intersection of Beishan Street.
It is forbidden for motor vehicles to turn left from north to east and west to north at Baota intersection of Beishan Street.
Vehicles are prohibited from turning left from south to west at the intersection of Yugu Road and Wu Qingzhi.
It is forbidden for motor vehicles to turn left from south to west at the intersection of sunset red on Yugu Road.
③ Song Cheng Scenic Area every weekend at 8:30- 17:
At the intersection of Meiling South Road, Zhijiang Road, it is temporarily forbidden to turn left and go straight north and south (except buses).
Some intersections are closed to traffic.
① During the spring weekend, motor vehicles (except buses and taxis) are prohibited from entering the scenic spot at the intersection of Wansongling Road and the south exit of Yuhuangshan Tunnel as appropriate; Motor vehicles (except buses and taxis) are prohibited from entering Nanshan Road at the Yang Gongdi intersection of Nanshan Road as appropriate; Roaring tigers and land rover run into the scenic spot at the intersection.
② During the spring weekend, motor vehicles (except buses and taxis) are prohibited from entering Beishan Street at the intersection of Xihuan Road and Yang Gongdi Road. Xixi Road Zijing Road prohibits motor vehicles (except buses and taxis) from entering Lingxi Tunnel as appropriate.
Tourist bus traffic organization
On weekends, the tourist buses (excluding non-tourist buses such as work units and schools, the same below) will get on and off temporarily at 8:30- 17 every day, and park at the designated place:
① The tourist bus entering the West Lake Scenic Area via the west and north areas of Hangzhou City will stop at Ruanjiaqiao bus interchange station (east of Fengtan Road, Tang Yuhang Road 100 meters). It is forbidden to enter the scenic spot from Lingxi Tunnel, Yugu Road, Shuguang Road, Beishan Street and Bao _ Road. Visitors can transfer to bus car ferry at Ruanjiaqiao bus interchange station for Lingyin.
② The tourist bus entering the scenic spot via the south of Hangzhou stops at Fenghua Road Bus Transfer Center and Zhijiang Bus Parking Lot via Zhipu Road. It is forbidden to enter the scenic spot from Meiling South Road, Hulu Road, Huyu Road and Yuhuangshan Tunnel. Visitors can change to bus car ferry at Fenghua Road Bus Transfer Center and Zhijiang Bus Parking Lot to enter the West Lake Scenic Area. Parking of tourist buses is prohibited on Zhijiang Road.
(3) The tourist bus entering the scenic spot via the east of Hangzhou stops at Wansongling parking lot via Zhonghe Road and Wansongling Road. It is forbidden for tourist buses to enter the scenic spot from Xihu Avenue, Nanshan Road and Wansongling Tunnel. Visitors can change to bus No.2 at the bus stop of Wansongling Road on Nanshan Road or change to bus shuttle at the back street of Art Museum to enter the northern scenic spot. You can also park temporarily via Zhijiang Road, Funan Road to Huyu Road, the north side of Laofuxing Street Road and the "Taxi House" at the gate. It is forbidden to enter the scenic spot from Meiling South Road, Hurun Road, Huyu Road and Yuhuangshan Tunnel. Visitors can change to bus car ferry at Huyu Road in Old Fuxing Street or "Taxi House" to enter the West Lake Scenic Area.
Tourist buses to hotels and other units in the scenic area can also change to bus car ferry at Ruanjiaqiao parking lot, Huyu Road, Art Museum Backstreet and Baitaling Park parking lot. In addition, tourists can take Lingyin bus lines at bus stops such as Chengzhan Railway Station and Hubin Station.
Traffic organization measures in central city
Temporary control of roads in Hubin and Wulin business districts+temporary closure of up-and-down ramps of elevated parts as appropriate.
(Every weekend 14: 00 to 22: 00, and every working day 18: 00 to 22: 00, the following measures are taken as appropriate for the roads around the lakeside business district:
(a) Chun Qing Road, Yan 'an Road, Jiefang Road and Huanhu Road are prohibited from passing by motor vehicles (except the above-mentioned border roads). Motor vehicles of internal residents and units are allowed to pass under the premise of ensuring safety, but they are not allowed to drive on Dongpo Road and Pinghai Road in the delineated area.
② Vehicles are prohibited from passing westward at the intersection of Huansha Road and Zhonghe Road on Pinghai Road; Yan 'an Road (Chun Qing Road to Jiefang Road) is closed to vehicles as appropriate.
(2) Take appropriate measures at the intersection of Changsheng Road, Yan 'an Road and Renhe Road to prohibit motor vehicles from passing westward.
(3) Qingtai Street (from Jianguo Middle Road to the east exit of Qingtai overpass) takes one-way traffic measures from east to west as appropriate. Please bypass Qingtai Interchange for passing vehicles and widen the bridge from Jinyazhuang turntable.
(4) Take appropriate measures at Hedong intersection of Wen Hui Road to prohibit motor vehicles from entering Zhongshan North Road from Hedong route from north to south.
(5) When there is traffic jam on the elevated road, some up-and-down ramps will be closed as appropriate.
After taking the above traffic organization measures, when traffic jams still occur in some areas, the traffic management department of the public security organ will take other traffic organization measures as appropriate.
Suggestions from the traffic police
To enter the scenic spot, you must first choose public transportation or transfer.
The majority of traffic participants are requested to consciously abide by the provisions of this circular, obey the instructions of the on-site police and management personnel, and choose public transportation. During the two festivals, all kinds of minibuses can park for free at two transfer points, such as Huanglong Sports Center and Zhijiang Road Bus Parking Lot, and then transfer to the direct bus line to enter the scenic spot.
