Simply put, the business scope refers to the production, operation and service items that an enterprise can engage in, and it is a required item when applying for company registration. According to the Company Law, there are the following requirements for the business scope of an enterprise: 1. The business scope of an enterprise shall be stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not apply for registration beyond the business scope stipulated in the articles of association. 2. The business scope of an enterprise must be registered according to law, that is, the business scope of an enterprise shall be subject to the approval of the registration authority. An enterprise shall engage in business activities within the business scope approved by the registration authority. 3. Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) The business license of a company established according to law shall be issued by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.
