Strengthen language soft power, improve citizens' language ability, build a harmonious language life, serve the modernization of education, promote the comprehensive and scientific development of language and writing, and give full play to the due role of language and writing in the process of building "three strong provinces" and beautiful Anhui.
Chapter II Objectives and Tasks
By 2020, Putonghua will be basically popularized in the whole province, the basic norms of Chinese characters will be applied in society, and Chinese Pinyin will play a better role. The standardization of language and writing can be implemented and meet the needs of society, and the level of informatization has been further improved. The language and writing social management service capacity has been comprehensively improved, and the social management service system has been basically completed. The role of language and writing in inheriting and carrying forward Chinese excellent culture has been further exerted. The language strength of the province has been significantly enhanced, the language ability of citizens has been significantly improved, and the social language life has developed harmoniously.
Vigorously promote the national common language. Establish and improve the implementation system of the legal system of spoken and written languages, enhance the awareness of the rule of law, improve the ability of administration according to law, intensify training, testing and evaluation, and take practical and effective measures to promote the basic popularization of the national spoken and written languages in the province.
Standardize the use of the national common language. Promote the standardization of spoken and written languages, strengthen the awareness of standardization of national common spoken and written languages, improve the application ability of citizens' spoken and written languages, improve the standardization level of spoken and written languages in the whole society, and enhance the cultural soft power of the whole province.
Inherit and carry forward excellent traditional culture. Give full play to the important role of language and writing in inheriting and carrying forward Chinese excellent culture and build the spiritual home of the Chinese nation.
Actively build a harmonious language life. Constantly innovate new ideas, systems and mechanisms of language and writing work, integrate language and writing work into the overall situation of reform and development in the province, serve economic and social development and the needs of the people, actively combine the construction and development in the fields of education, culture, media, information and commerce, adhere to supervision and inspection and serve the society at the same time, timely reflect and properly handle new situations and problems in language life, promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of language and writing, promote the harmonious development of social language life, and promote the comprehensive construction of a well-off society.

Take effective measures to improve the popularity of the national common language.
