Utilization value of stinky ginseng
The main pharmacodynamic experimental study of Stinky Ginseng was funded by Yunnan Provincial Department of Education. Stinky ginseng is the root of Campanulaceae. Also known as smelly codonopsis pilosula, orchid ginseng, Hu Maoyang ginseng and so on. Many plants of the same genus in Yunnan are also used as stinky ginseng. Stinky ginseng is sweet, slightly bitter and flat. It has the effects of invigorating middle energizer, invigorating qi, nourishing yin and blood, dredging channels and activating collaterals. Indications: weakness of spleen and stomach, anorexia, loose stool, lung deficiency, chronic cough, hemoptysis, weakness due to cold, weakness after illness, blood deficiency, flaccidity, insomnia, dreaminess, lumbago, traumatic injury, and rheumatism numbness. The application of Stinky Ginseng in Yunnan has a long history, with a broad mass application base and rich drug resources. Some are wild, some are domestic, most of them are domestic, and they have all moved home. Technical Description: Stinky ginseng is both wild and domesticated in Yunnan, but most of them are domesticated, and they only moved back home in the last hundred years. Stinky ginseng has high yield, low price and abundant resources. It can be seen everywhere in autumn and winter every year, and its sales volume is considerable. Stinky ginseng has a long history of application and a broad mass base in Yunnan. Through the research of this subject, it is mainly the experimental study on the pharmacodynamics of Eupatorium odoratum. It is found that Eupatorium odoratum can enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis, improve the anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance, promote the immunosuppression and the recovery of hemoglobin, red blood cells and IgG in mice with hemorrhagic blood deficiency, and improve phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation rate. The effect is more obvious when the dose is large, and no obvious toxic and side effects are found. This is consistent with the folk function of invigorating qi and enriching blood. Through the research of this subject, some pharmacodynamic research basis is provided for the development and utilization of this product. The main technical indicators are as follows: 1. Preparation of stinky ginseng. The dry paste rate is 9 ~ 10%. 2. Effect on gastrointestinal smooth muscle. 3. Effect on gastrointestinal motility in vitro. 4. Effect on hemorrhagic anemia. 5. Effect on immune function. 6. The effect of 6.CPA on white blood cells and IgG in mice. 7. Effects on macrophage function and lymphocyte transformation rate in mice. 8. Effect on the swimming time of mice. 9. Experimental study on acute toxicity. Application prospect: Stinky ginseng is a widely used dietotherapy drug in Yunnan, and it is the root of many plants in Codonopsis of Campanulaceae, among which Stinky ginseng is one of daily necessities. Mainly distributed in Lijiang, Zhongdian, Tonghai and other places in Yunnan, but also cultivated. Yunnan folk use stinky ginseng as cheap tonic and stew, which has the functions of invigorating qi, promoting blood production, invigorating spleen and regulating stomach, nourishing and strengthening. Mr. Yin Minghua, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, studied the chemical constituents of volatile odor of stinky ginseng. The results showed that the volatile components of stinky ginseng were mainly homologues and isomers of aromatic hydrocarbons except some simple carboxylic acid fatty acid methyl esters, and there were almost no terpenoids. It is believed that the special smell of stinky ginseng comes from these volatile components. 40 elderly people with deficiency syndrome were selected by the logistics department of Chengdu Military Region in Kunming outpatient department to take stinky ginseng honey cream. The results showed that smelly ginseng not only improved symptoms, but also significantly increased hemoglobin, and immunoglobulin also changed significantly after taking the medicine, which proved that it was effective to use smelly ginseng to replenish qi and blood and treat various deficiency syndromes. Through the research of this topic, it provides a pharmacodynamic research basis and scientific basis for the development and utilization of this product as a new health care drug. Stinky ginseng is mainly produced in Yunnan and is rich in resources. As a kind of dietotherapy drug deeply loved by people, it has broad development and utilization prospects.
