1. You are a labor dispatcher. If the dispatched unit dismisses, there is no economic compensation. You can ask the labor dispatch company to continue to provide work units. During the absence, the labor dispatch company shall pay you monthly labor remuneration according to the local minimum wage standard.

2. If the labor dispatch company dismisses you without reason and is suspected of illegally dissolving the labor contract, it needs to bear the legal responsibility of double compensation stipulated in Article 87 of the Labor Contract Law, that is, compensation for seven to eight months' salary for more than three years.
