Key personnel of construction enterprises
(1) There shall be at least 2 registered construction engineers specializing in municipal public works and electromechanical engineering.
(2) The technical director has more than 5 years of experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the title of intermediate or above in engineering sequence or the professional qualification of registered builder of municipal public works (or electromechanical engineering); There shall be no less than 5 persons with intermediate or above titles in the engineering sequence.
(3) There shall be no less than 8 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the builder, quality engineer, safety officer, material engineer and documenter shall be complete.
(4) Qualified high-voltage electricians, low-voltage electricians, maintenance electricians and installation electricians after examination or training shall be complete, with no less than 12 persons.
(5) The technical director (or registered constructor) shall preside over the completion of no less than two engineering achievements required by the secondary qualification standard of this category.
