Students are the future of the motherland, and the sense of responsibility determines whether the whole society will have a sense of responsibility in the future. Therefore, it is a strategic task for teachers to cultivate students' sense of responsibility. Based on the above understanding, we must start with cultivating students' sense of responsibility and educate them. Combined with teaching practice, I talk about how to strengthen students' sense of responsibility education from the following three key aspects.
First, to be a teacher by example is more important than words.
The head teacher is a member of the class collective, actively participates in the class collective activities, sets an example, can turn the spring breeze into rain, and silence is better than sound.
Everything we say and do virtually teaches students how to be a responsible person. Therefore, we should constantly improve our self-cultivation, keep in mind our exemplary role, be cautious in what we say and do, and give full play to our hidden educational role. Once I didn't do a good job in the duty class, I quietly picked up the scraps of paper on the ground, and then told my classmates a story about waste paper: when the Asian Games ended in Hiroshima, Japan, there was no waste paper in the venue of 60,000 people, which surprised the whole world and won the respect of the Japanese nation.
Pick up the paper under your feet, which is the beginning of cultivating a sense of responsibility.
Second, cultivate students' good habits and promote the formation of students' sense of responsibility.
Mr. Ye Shengtao, a famous educator, once said, "What is education? Simply put, there is only one sentence, that is, to form good habits ... ". Students are young, have strong plasticity, and their habits are easy to form and change. If we insist on cultivating their good behavior habits from an early age, it will play an inestimable role in their future growth. Therefore, as teachers, we should seize this good opportunity and gradually cultivate them to form good habits.
1, cultivate good study habits. Pay attention to students' study habits. Students' general study habits include: class habits, preparation habits before class, homework habits, preview and review habits, stationery arrangement habits and use habits. According to the characteristics of students, I first give them specific learning behavior training.
2. Cultivate good behavior habits. I attach great importance to the cultivation of students' daily behavior habits, let students know which behaviors are right and which behaviors are wrong, and train daily behaviors repeatedly to form the habit of self-control behavior. For example, some students are often a minute or two late. According to the situation, some students suggested putting the watch forward for a few minutes, which can solve this problem.
Third, take responsibility for what you have done.
American President Ronald Reagan broke his neighbor's glass while playing football as a child. In order to make Ronald Reagan understand that he was responsible for his mistakes, his father did not hesitate to let him work for half a year before returning all the money he bought for his neighbor's glass to his father. To China's parents, what Reagan's father did seemed too cruel to his children. However, Reagan later recalled that it was his father's practice that made him understand what responsibility was. Therefore, in the process of cultivating students' sense of responsibility, I ask students to be responsible for their words and deeds. When students are at fault, they should first have the ability to take responsibility, and then let them face it bravely. Even a small mistake will not let him escape and shirk, let alone be solved by adults. For example, students fight between classes and have conflicts on impulse. I will let them distinguish right from wrong and find a solution by themselves. For daily duty matters, I am also responsible to the people, and I implement the "contract". Those who fail to meet the requirements are "laid off for work", and those with outstanding performance are selected as excellent pacesetters; ..... and so on, let students learn to take responsibility from everything in daily life.
Fourth, establish students' sense of responsibility through various activities.
Carefully organize various class activities to cultivate and establish students' sense of responsibility through activities. For example, I seize the opportunity of the festival to carry out activities. For example, on the eve of Women's Day on March 8th, I asked my students to do as much housework as possible to surprise my mother. In order to enhance students' sense of responsibility to others, learn to care for their elders and all those who need to care, and let them feel the emotional experience of "helping others". On the occasion of Teacher's Day, I organized students to carry out "Teacher, you have worked hard!" "Theme activities allow students to tell stories about teachers' earnest imparting of knowledge and patient education, telling stories about great men respecting teachers and guiding students to understand that teachers' professionalism and sense of responsibility have won people's respect and are examples for students to learn.
Other forms such as speech activities, theme class meetings, class parties, etc. Students' study life is not only colorful because of colorful activities, but also students learn to express themselves in the participation and competition of activities, thus achieving the goal of cultivating a sense of responsibility.
Fifth, use the classroom to edify.
In the usual teaching, I will use some self-study classes, class meetings and spare time to educate students in various forms.
I often tell them some vivid stories about the sense of responsibility, so that students can easily accept them. For example, how did Bethune risk his life and perform surgery for the wounded dutifully? Fan Zhongyan's "worry about the world first, joy after the world" takes the happiness and well-being of the world as his own responsibility, so he goes down in history; Xin Qiji takes the stability and unity of the country as his responsibility, so Xin Qiji will remain immortal; Lin Zexu took the peace of the country as his responsibility, so he became a hero of a generation. What impressed the children particularly was the story I told them: "A bus driver suddenly had a heart attack while driving. At the last minute of his life, he did three things: first, he slowly parked his car on the side of the road and pulled the manual brake with the last strength of his life; Second, open the door and let the passengers get off safely; Third, turn off the engine to ensure the safety of the car and passengers. After doing these three things, he squatted on the steering wheel peacefully and stopped breathing. " When children have to deal with what they should do, they will think of these stories told by teachers.
Sixth, play the role of family education.
Family education is another important channel to cultivate children's sense of responsibility. Nowadays, parents often have such a misunderstanding, "As long as their children get good grades, nothing else matters." This requires teachers to do more ideological work and let them know the importance of cultivating children's sense of responsibility.
Nowadays, students live a life of mouth to mouth and clothes to reach out; They generally don't do housework, don't care about their parents' sufferings, take "themselves" as the center, and are used to shifting the responsibility to others. On the other hand, parents pay more attention to their children's academic performance and neglect the cultivation of quality. Some parents sometimes have a negative effect on their children, which leads to their irresponsible behavior. In order to let students do the same at home and school, on the one hand, I actively communicate with parents and get their cooperation. On the other hand, I ask students to do their own things at home, dress, wash their schoolbags and tidy their rooms ... step by step, without increasing the burden on their parents.
Students are the future of society and the future of the motherland. The successors we train should have a sense of responsibility for the times, and everyone is caring and responsible. I firmly believe that sowing a belief will reap an action; Sow an action and you will reap a habit; Sow a habit and you will gain a character; A personality is related to a person's fate; With a responsible personality, you will reap a golden life.
Recently, I feel more and more that the problem of "cultivating students' sense of responsibility" has not attracted enough attention in our class management, and it is also a weak link in current family education and school education. Only perceptual knowledge, no rational thinking, and lack of work experience in this field. The following is an article copied from others, and I also want to ask my friends to exchange some practices in this regard. Thank you here!
Tolstoy thought: "If a person has no enthusiasm, he will accomplish nothing, and the basic point of enthusiasm is responsibility." Responsibility is an important personality quality for a person to stand on the society, achieve career success and family happiness in the future. So what is a sense of responsibility? The so-called sense of responsibility refers to the individual's understanding, feelings and beliefs about his responsibilities to himself and others, to the family and the collective, to the country and society, and the corresponding emotional experience generated by his attitude of consciously observing norms, taking responsibility and fulfilling obligations. The sense of responsibility plays an important role in children's psychological development and is an important part of children's personality and social quality. As an extremely important non-intellectual factor, the sense of responsibility not only affects children's intellectual development and other aspects of development, but also is the basis of children's sound personality, an organic part of good personality quality and a catalyst for children's ability development.
The sense of responsibility of middle school students is mainly manifested in the ability to consciously abide by the daily behavior norms of middle school students, complete their studies seriously, and take a serious and responsible attitude towards peer collective affairs. If the vast majority of students in a class have a strong sense of responsibility, then this class must be an excellent class group that is diligent, cooperative and cherishes collective honor. In the work of the head teacher, I pay more attention to the cultivation of students' sense of responsibility, which has achieved certain results. There are mainly the following strategies:
First, give students trust and respect.
Responsibility can't be forced to develop, but a conscious behavior. Therefore, we must fully trust students instead of relying on various coercive means. Let children express their opinions, let children make their own decisions and respect their choices. Cultivating children's sense of responsibility is a very important aspect. Students who rely on doing homework are actually a sign of lack of learning responsibility. In the face of such students, control and punishment have little effect, but giving them full trust and respect can get twice the result with half the effort. First of all, let the students understand that finishing homework is entirely his own business. It is his responsibility to let children know that learning is not for their parents, not for others, but for themselves. From an early age, we should develop good study habits such as reading, telling, observing and thinking, and develop the habit of working independently, packing stationery and learning tools independently. I believe that every student will not be bored with learning and can't finish his homework in time, mostly because of learning difficulties. Therefore, teachers should help him enthusiastically and trust him to finish his studies, and children will certainly have a sense of responsibility for learning.
Second, the implementation of responsibility is an enhancer to improve students' sense of responsibility.
In the class collective, there are class committee meetings, which produce class cadres, such as monitor, study committee member, labor committee member, recreation committee member, etc. Every class cadre has his own responsibilities. As the right-hand man of the class teacher, the monitor comprehensively supervises the overall situation of the class, and the study committee plays a leading role in the study. This student must study well, help underachievers enthusiastically, and be responsible for sending and receiving homework. The Labor Committee should first do its work to ensure the cleanliness of the class and urge them. The management of early self-study adopts the rotation system in The monitor on duty, and everyone has the opportunity to go to the podium to manage the class. Every class cadre has responsibilities on his shoulders, and these responsibilities are the obligations of every student cadre. Facts have proved that giving more students the "power" to manage the class will not only make the whole class more cohesive, but also greatly enhance each student's sense of responsibility and become the master of the group. Now everyone in our class understands that the class is the student's "home", and the "home" depends on everyone's management. Everyone needs to do things in the "home", and students are very willing to contribute to the "home". While fulfilling their obligations, students also strengthen the cultivation of their sense of responsibility.
Third, establish good interpersonal relationships and cultivate students' spirit of collective cooperation.
Good interpersonal relationship should be a new socialist interpersonal relationship of equality, unity, friendship, mutual assistance and democracy. This new interpersonal relationship forms an organic whole for team members, which makes students realize that in today's rapid development of science and technology, individual strength is very weak, individual wisdom is as small as a drop of water in the sea, and many tasks can only be completed by collective strength. We arrange student groups organically in the arrangement of group activities, so that students can complete their tasks through the cooperation of group members. Educating students, from national construction to personal study, life and work, is accomplished through exchanges and cooperation with others. As students, we should know how to respect others, unite with classmates, learn from others' strengths with an open mind, make up for our own shortcomings, cooperate with others in a democratic way, and cultivate the spirit of collective cooperation from an early age.
Fourth, let students experience the consequences of their mistakes and be responsible for their mistakes.
Children grow up by experience, not by preaching. An educator once said that education has a principle. If the child takes one step forward, the adult will take a step back. If the child can do it himself, adults should not do it for him. A mother and her children go to summer camp and ask, are you all ready? If the child says nothing, leave it alone. Mother saw that she didn't bring enough clothes and flashlights, so she asked the child, do you know the climate there? Are there enough clothes? Are you ready for the evening activities? The child replied, no problem. Mother said nothing. The next day, the child left with a bag on his back. A week later, the child came back, and the mother asked, did you have a good time? Happy. Is there any trouble? Oh, it's freezing. I didn't expect it to be so cold in the mountains. What else is there? Without a flashlight, it is inconvenient to move at night. What should I do? In the future, like dad, make a list before going on a business trip and consult it well. The mother's method is natural punishment, so that children can experience the consequences of their mistakes. Because the child is a little frozen, it is a little troublesome at night, and there is no danger, but after this time, he will remember it. In fact, when a person knows that he has made a mistake, he is prepared to accept punishment, which is a psychological need. Take responsibility for your guilt and achieve psychological balance. Only those very young children or people with low degree of socialization will choose to avoid responsibility. Generally speaking, when a child makes a mistake, it is a good educational opportunity, because guilt and anxiety will make him eager for success, and the truth he understands at this time may make him unforgettable. A boy of 12 years old was playing football in the yard and broke the neighbor's glass. The neighbor said, my glass is good. 12.5, you pay the bill. This is at 1920, 12.5 dollars to buy 125 chickens. The child has no choice but to go home to his father. Dad asked, did you kick the glass? The child said yes. Dad said, then you can pay for it. You can pay for whatever you kick. If I have no money, I will lend it to you and pay it back in a year. In the following year, the children polished shoes, delivered newspapers, and worked to earn money, earning 12.5 dollars and returning it to their father. The child grew up to be President Reagan of the United States. This is a story he wrote in his memoirs. He said that it was through such a thing that I learned what responsibility is, and that is to be responsible for my own mistakes.
In a word, the sense of responsibility is the foundation of being a man. Teachers have the responsibility and need to infiltrate the cultivation of sense of responsibility into education and teaching, teach students to be responsible for themselves, others, the collective and the society, and let students establish a strong sense of ownership and a high sense of responsibility.
