12320 is a government public welfare hotline set up by the Ministry of Health. On February 9, 2005, the health industry government hotline 12320 was opened nationwide. Pilot in 2006, 20 12 was fully launched.
201March 2320, the public health telephone was officially renamed as 12320. The telephone covers all parts of the country and serves everyone in China.
