Three, the network culture business license application shall submit the following materials:

9. Feasibility report and technical scheme for operating ICP business; The ability to provide users with long-term services and safeguard measures, including follow-up fund guarantee, technical force guarantee, business operation guarantee and built-in management mode;
10. Information security protection measures: including website security measures, information security management system and user information security management system;
