Three. Responsibilities of Party A and Party B:

4. Be responsible for supervising the internship, ensuring the employer's treatment of Party B and various welfare and labor security measures, coordinating matters such as unpaid wages and work-related injuries, and earnestly safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Party B's internship and employment.

5. Tracking service: (1) Establish internship and employment tracking service files for Party B; (2) If Party B is dismissed by the employing unit for reasons other than his own within one year from the probation period, Party A will recommend employment positions for Party B unconditionally and unlimited times, and no longer charge any fees (but Party B shall pay for the transportation, accommodation and other expenses during the period); (3) Organize Party B's textual research and academic upgrading free of charge (the textual research fee and tuition fees shall be paid by Party B), and re-recommend jobs for students who need re-employment after obtaining certificates and academic upgrading.

6. If Party A fails to recommend Party B for employment according to the requirements of this agreement within three months after Party B completes his internship or graduation, Party B shall refund the referral service fee.

1, study hard, obey the rules and discipline, complete all courses, and ensure that all subjects, conduct, physical fitness and internship results are qualified.

2. Prepare personal data such as graduation certificate or degree certificate, ID card and physical examination form, and related expenses and supplies.

3. Arrive at the scheduled place according to the scheduled time of Party A and the school, and participate in recruitment procedures such as internship, employment interview and assessment. During the interview, internship and employment, you should obey the instructions and arrangements.

4. Go to work in strict accordance with the time and requirements of the employment notice, and be prepared for ideas, knowledge and skills.

5. Party A has the right to cancel the recommended internship, employment and follow-up services in case of any of the following circumstances during Party B's study, internship and employment, and will not refund any fees paid by Party B:

(1) Violating national laws and regulations and being investigated for criminal responsibility by judicial organs;

(2) Seriously violating the rules and regulations of the school, internship unit or employer, being ordered by the school or internship unit to drop out of school, be expelled or be dismissed by the employer;
