During the period of 1980, Chariot also voiced several cartoons of Shanghai Animation Film Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Meiying Studio"), including Black Cat of the Sheriff (1984), The Monkey Devil and The Hulu Brothers (1985).
"Transformers" is the first foreign cartoon translated by the chariot director, and he needs to arrange all aspects of cooperation, no matter how detailed. His wife Gu temporarily served as his assistant and deputy director of the translation department. Every morning, they rushed to the Shanghai Audio-visual Archive together, took out the translated script and lip-synched it to the TV screen.

More than 20 people participated in the dubbing, from Shanghai TV Station, Shanghai Translation Factory, Shanghai Children's Art Theatre, Shanghai Theatre Academy, Shanghai People's Broadcasting Station and other different units. There are old voices such as Yang (Megatron) and Chen Chun (narrator), middle-aged backbones such as (Optimus Prime), (Sonic) and Yu Hong (Elita One), and a group of young people such as Dan Li Qing (Starscream), Xia Zhiqing (Jazz) and Liu Qin (Phantom).
At the beginning of 1988, the dubbing work of "Transformers" officially started in the underground dubbing room of Shanghai Audio-visual Archive. Each episode lasts more than 20 minutes, one or two episodes a day, and it will be completed in a few months. Due to the huge number of characters, a voice actor often needs to voice multiple or even a dozen robot characters at the same time.
His voice in Sheriff Black Cat is "Monkey Eater Eagle", and many story tapes in the 1980s (such as Nezha Brothers) were also directed and produced by him, but the teacher has left us.
