The first half of the film Sniper highlights the marksmanship of the squad leader Liu, his calm wisdom and his courage and fearlessness as a volunteer soldier. The snipers of the well-equipped American sniper team were shot in the eyebrows by Liu even though they were hiding in the trenches.
The other soldiers in Class Five are also flesh and blood and have personalities. For example, the crying volunteer soldier is brave and chubby, wearing gloves knitted by his daughter-in-law everywhere.
