1. Take a photo of your driver's license and get a receipt.
Method 1: Take photos in a nearby photo studio, and the cost is generally around 30 yuan;
Method 2: Take photos at the on-site self-service machine at the expense of 20 yuan;
Method 3: Wechat search DT ID photo receipt applet, enter and select "Driver's License-Foshan City", take photos (not limited to background photos) or select photos in the album to upload, after testing and processing, select the electronic version to place an order and pay 15 yuan to receive the electronic version of the photo receipt.
2. Go to the self-service machine of Shunde Administrative Service Center.
(1) Time: No reservation is needed at present. The opening hours of the administrative service center are: Monday to Friday from 8: 30- 12: 00, 13: 30- 17: 30.
(2) Location: Business Hall of Vehicle Management Office of Traffic Police Brigade of Public Security Bureau of Shunde District, Foshan City (1st floor, East Block, Demin Road Administrative Service Center, Shunde District, Foshan City)
(3) After entering through the gate, go to the self-service numbering machine to get the number, and then go straight to the right to see the self-service physical examination, photo taking and replacement machine next to the information desk. After pushing the door, you can follow the prompts for physical examination, photo taking and replacement.
☆ About taking photos: If you don't prepare the photo receipt in advance, you can take photos (driver's license photos) in it, put your ID card in the designated sensing area for scanning, and the system will automatically read the identity information of the medical examiner, so that you can take photos with your ID card. Photo fee 20 yuan; Note: if you take pictures in the self-service machine, you can't wear white clothes or make up!
☆ About physical examination: According to the screen prompts, the trunk, vision, color discrimination, hearing and upper and lower limbs are tested respectively, and the physical examination data will be transmitted to the hospital. On legal working days, the doctor will remotely review and sign the physical examination results, and the on-site review time is about 3- 10 minutes; On non-statutory working days, the doctor will notify you by SMS after passing the examination, and ask the citizens to go to the business hall again to continue their business according to the notification information. There are surveillance videos throughout the inspection process, which can be retrieved at any time. After the physical examination is completed, confirm that the information is correct, and then click Submit to complete the physical examination. Medical examination fee: 45 yuan.
☆ About replacement: After the photos and physical examination are completed, you can go through the replacement procedures. There are two treatment methods at the site:
Method 1: You are still operating the self-service machine, enter the information such as mobile phone number, mailing address and electronic photo receipt number, and sign it after confirmation, and pay the driving license certification fee 10 yuan and the mailing fee in 23 yuan (23 yuan, Foshan, 25 yuan in other parts of the province and 30 yuan outside the province). After you get the business receipt, you can go home. If it goes well, the new driver's license will be delivered to your door in about 5 working days. Generally, the postman needs to recycle his old driver's license.
Method 2: Get the certificate on the spot through the on-site window. Take the physical examination report, photos and receipt (paper version is required), go to the numbering machine opposite the self-service machine and select "numbering business" to get the number, and you will be prompted to go to windows 3, 4 and 5 for processing. After assigning the number, submit the number receipt, ID card, old driver's license, physical examination report and photos to the staff at the window, and then scan the QR code to pay the 10 yuan certificate-making fee; Then, according to the staff's instructions, you need to wait for about an hour in the 1 window to get a new driver's license after showing the payment success certificate in the No.2 window.
