(1) Graduated from a junior college majoring in psychology, education or medicine, or graduated from other majors, continuously engaged in psychological counseling for 1 year, received formal training at the level of psychological counselor to reach the required standard hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
(2) Those who have graduated from psychology, pedagogy and medicine, received the standard hours of formal training at the level of psychological counselor, and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
(3) Those who have primary titles in psychology, education and medicine, have been engaged in psychological counseling for more than 3 years continuously, have received standard hours of formal training at the level of psychological counselors, and have obtained graduation (completion) certificates.
(4) Those who have been engaged in psychological counseling for five consecutive years and can issue reliable certificates, have received formal training at the level of psychological counselors, and have obtained graduation (completion) certificates.
