Thirty-first engineering construction survey, design and construction must conform to the national and provincial technical standards for engineering construction.
Article 32 The quality supervision institutions of the construction administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the project quality supervision. The quality supervision institutions approved by the relevant industry authorities in the State Council shall undertake the quality supervision of large and medium-sized construction projects in this province, and shall register with the provincial construction administrative department for the record.
Thirty-third before the project starts, the construction unit must go through the formalities for quality supervision of construction projects in accordance with the regulations.
Thirty-fourth materials, equipment and construction industrial products used in engineering construction shall meet the quality standards stipulated by the state. Without a certificate, installation and use are not allowed.
Thirty-fifth after the completion of the project, the quality supervision institution shall, within fifteen days after receiving the application for approval of the qualification grade of the construction enterprise. If it is necessary to postpone the approval of the quality grade due to special reasons, the quality supervision institution shall report it to the construction administrative department of the municipality under the jurisdiction of the province for approval, and notify the construction enterprise and the construction unit. The extension of the approved quality grade shall not exceed one month at the longest.
Projects with unqualified quality grade without acceptance or after acceptance shall not be delivered for use.
Thirty-sixth engineering construction must reach the qualified level stipulated by the national standards to ensure the safety of use. If it fails to meet the national standards, the contractor shall carry out renovation, rework or demolition, and the losses shall be borne by the responsible party. After renovation and rework, the project must be accepted and supervised by the project quality supervision organization.
Thirty-seventh in the warranty period of engineering construction quality problems, the responsible party must bear the warranty responsibility, resulting in losses, compensation according to law. The warranty period of the construction project shall be calculated from the date of handling the delivery formalities.
