I. Scope and Conditions of Recruitment

Except that the academic certificates and corresponding degree certificates of full-time college graduates recruited by the state in 20 14 should be obtained before the end of July in 20 14, all qualification certificates required for recruitment positions (including academic certificates and degree certificates of overseas students) must be obtained before the recruitment registration deadline. Directional and entrusted training graduates must obtain the consent of the directional and entrusted training units before they can apply for the exam. Graduates who have been employed or signed employment agreements must be certified by the employer. Second, registration.

Registration takes the form of unified time, online registration, online preliminary examination and online payment. (2) Specific requirements:

1. Online registration must use the second-generation ID card. If the applicant logs in and fills in the application information several times before the prequalification, the last filling will automatically replace the previous filling information. Once the application qualification is approved by the employing department, it shall not be changed.

2. Online preliminary examination: The audit department arranges a special person to check the online registration during the designated registration period (no rest on holidays), and according to the information submitted by the applicants, conducts the preliminary examination of the qualifications of the applicants three hours ago, and feeds back the preliminary examination results online. Applicants can log on to the website to check the preliminary examination results of registration qualification 3 hours after submitting (modifying) the application information online and before May 24th 1 1. 3. Online payment: For those who have passed the online preliminary examination, please log on to Yantai Personnel Examination Information Network at 02: 00 on May 6, 20 14 to pay online. If you fail to go through the online payment procedures within the time limit, you will be deemed to have given up your registration qualification. According to the provisions of Lu Jiafei's letter [2008] 13, the standard of written examination fee is: 40 yuan for each subject. For the positions cancelled in the recruitment plan, the original applicants can change to other qualified recruitment positions or go through the formalities of refund. Approved by the municipal organization, human resources and social security departments, individual professionals or special talents in short supply may appropriately relax the registration conditions or the proportion of applicants.

Three. qualification test

The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole recruitment process.

Those who do not need to take the written test organized by the unified organization in the recruitment position must take the on-site qualification examination from June 9 to 10. For specific requirements, please visit the website of Yantai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau before May 30th. Candidates who enter the interview for other recruitment positions must participate in the on-site qualification examination at the designated time and place (please log on to the website of Yantai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after the written test results are announced). See Annex 2 for relevant certification materials to be submitted for on-site qualification examination.

If the materials submitted for on-site qualification examination are incomplete, they shall be submitted within the second day after on-site qualification examination. If the unit agrees to apply for the exam, the certificate that cannot be provided at the on-site qualification examination for some reason can also be provided within two days after the interview. Failure to submit relevant materials and certificates within the specified time shall be deemed as waiver. After examination, those who do not have the conditions to apply for the examination will be disqualified. For positions that need to be written, the vacancy of interviewers caused by waiver or disqualification after written examination can be filled in turn according to the written examination results within the qualified line of written examination results with the consent of the organization and the human resources and social security department.

On-site qualification examination is organized by Yantai Human Resources and Social Security Department and the competent department of the recruiting unit. If the results of on-site qualification examination are inconsistent with those of online preliminary examination, the results of on-site qualification examination shall prevail.

Fourth, the exam.

The recruitment examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview (if the recruitment position requires not to take the unified written examination, you can register online and participate in the interview after passing the preliminary examination. Traditional Chinese medicine, internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine are used clinically, nursing paper is used uniformly in nursing and midwifery, and pharmaceutical paper is used uniformly in pharmacy, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine and clinical pharmacy.

2. Determination of the interviewer

After the written test, determine the qualified line of the written test according to the written test results. Within the qualified line of written test scores, the number of people who enter the interview shall be determined according to the following proportions: if the position plan is less than 4 people (including), the candidates who enter the interview range shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 3; If there are more than 5 people (inclusive), the candidates who enter the interview scope shall be determined according to the ratio of 1: 2; For the position of commentator, the candidates who enter the interview scope are determined according to the ratio of 1: 10. The employment plan will be cancelled for positions with vacancies in the number of qualified written tests; Those who fail to reach the required proportion will be determined to enter the interview scope according to the actual number of qualified people.

The written test results are inquired on Yantai Personnel Examination Information Network, and the list of people entering the interview scope is published on the website of Yantai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The interviewer shall pay the interview examination fee according to the regulations of June Lu Feihan [2008] 13, 70 yuan. Those who enjoy the written examination fee reduction and exemption may be exempted from paying the interview examination fee upon their own application.

(2) Interview

The interview is organized by the municipal organization, human resources and social security departments in conjunction with the competent department of the recruiting unit. According to the characteristics of industry and post, the interview is conducted in different ways, such as structured interview, discussion without leading group, comprehensive quality defense, professional skill evaluation, trial lecture (lecture) and the combination of professional skill evaluation and trial lecture, which mainly examines the comprehensive quality and professional work skills of applicants. The interview is based on a percentage system. The interview results shall be kept to two decimal places, and the mantissa shall be rounded off, and will be announced after the interview. In order to ensure the quality of personnel, the qualified line of interview results is 60 points, and those below 60 points will not be hired. After the interview, the total score of the exam is calculated according to the ratio of 4: 6 for teachers, health posts and interview results, and 5: 5 for comprehensive posts (the ratio of 4: 6 for those who did not participate in the written test organized by the recruitment post, and the interview results for those who directly entered the interviewer).

According to the total score of the examination, the list of people who enter the medical examination and assessment scope is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1.2 from high score to low score. If the total scores of candidates in the same position of the recruiting unit are the same and affect the employment, the written test scores will be sorted. If the written test scores are still the same, experts will be organized to re-interview the personnel with the same total scores, and the candidates who enter the medical examination scope will be determined by the total scores after re-interview. The list of people entering the medical examination scope is published on the website of Yantai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Those who apply for Yantai People's Police Training School need to participate in physical fitness assessment after the interview. Physical fitness assessment is a standard assessment and is not included in the total score of applicants. If the physical fitness assessment is not up to standard, the employment qualification will be cancelled. After the personnel who enter the scope of medical examination and assessment are determined, the medical examination and assessment will be carried out in equal quantities according to the planned number of applicants from high score to low score. Physical examination methods and standards refer to the Notice on Printing and Distributing Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health (Guo Fa [2005]1No.), the Notice on Revision issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Health and the National Civil Service Bureau (for Trial Implementation) (issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (20 10) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (20/KLOC-0). The medical examination shall be organized by the competent department of the recruiting unit to the designated hospital for medical examination, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the applicants (the recruiting unit shall bear the examination fee waiver). After all the physical examination items are checked, if the chief physician thinks that further examination is needed to make a judgment, the applicants should obey the arrangement of the chief physician and conduct further examination. Applicants or employers who have objections to the results of the medical examination may submit a written application to the recruitment agency within 7 days after receiving the conclusion of the medical examination. The recruitment agency will organize a second interview, which will not be conducted in the original medical examination hospital. The re-examination items shall be determined by the recruitment organ in conjunction with the re-examination medical institutions. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of re-examination, and the relevant medical examination expenses shall be borne by the party applying for re-examination. The reinspection can only be carried out once. Candidates who fail to participate in the physical examination or re-examination at the specified time without the consent of the medical examination institution shall be deemed to have abstained. Applicants who do not obey the medical examination arrangement of the chief physician or resort to deceit or conceal the real situation during the medical examination, resulting in distorted medical examination results, will be disqualified.

The assessment work is organized by the competent department of the recruiting unit. The competent department of the recruitment unit shall set up an assessment team, each team consisting of more than 2 staff members, responsible for the assessment. According to the standards of having both ability and political integrity and the requirements of recruitment positions, the assessment comprehensively understands the political ideology, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid, and reviews the qualifications of the assessed object. Those who fail to pass the examination or find fraud and other acts in violation of the provisions of this recruitment brochure will not be hired or cancelled. The evaluation team shall seek truth from facts, objectively and fairly evaluate the evaluated object, and write a written evaluation opinion. If the physical examination, assessment and publicity are unqualified, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Vacancies caused by the disqualification or waiver of the personnel to be hired before the completion of the employment procedures shall be filled in equal amounts in turn from those who have entered the medical examination scope of the same recruitment position.

Intransitive verb employment

The personnel to be employed shall be filled in by the recruiting unit or its competent department in the Summary of Employment of Institutions and the Registration Form of Employment of Institutions, and reported to the Organization Department of Yantai Municipal Committee or the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.
