Liang Jinsong (1952 ~), a native of Shunde, Guangdong. 1973 graduated from the university of hong kong with a bachelor's degree in social science. Member of the Hong Kong Executive Council, Chairman of the Education Commission and member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee. Former Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, former Chairman of Blackstone Group in Greater China, now Chief Executive Officer of Nanfeng Group, 1 Chairman of Heifer International Hong Kong Branch, and his wife is diver Fu Mingxia.
