The investment department of the municipal government shall, jointly with the municipal key project construction office, issue a notice on the preparation of the annual plan for government investment, and the reporting unit shall submit the application documents as required within the specified time.
The contents of the application documents include the project name, project construction unit, construction scale and main contents, total investment, sources of funds, starting and ending time of construction, current progress, construction contents and planned investment for the next year, the amount of government investment applied for and other information that needs to be explained.
Twenty-fifth municipal finance department in conjunction with the municipal land department, the city investment company to study and put forward the next year's government investment project funds plan. The investment department of the municipal government shall, jointly with the municipal key project construction office, prepare the annual construction plan of government investment projects according to the annual fund arrangement plan of government investment projects, and report it to the municipal government for approval before implementation. After approval, it shall be promulgated and implemented by the investment department of the municipal government.
