Description of expenses:

1) The short messages included in the package are domestic uplink short messages (mobile, China Unicom, Telecom, Monternet), which exceeds the package by 0. 1 yuan/piece, and the international short messages count as 1.00 yuan/piece;

2) The above long-distance charges do not include Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and international long-distance charges; "All-inclusive" tariffs include local basic calls, roaming calls and long-distance calls;

3) Customers will be charged normally within 3 seconds when roaming in China (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao), and free of charge within 3 seconds when making domestic calls locally (excluding international calls such as Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao);

4) Customers who make local long-distance calls with 1795 1 IP will be charged with the basic call fee and IP long-distance call fee, while those who make domestic long-distance calls with 1795 1 IP in roaming state will only be charged with the basic roaming fee, and the domestic IP long-distance call fee will be exempted;

5) When customers roam in China (excluding Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao), there is no charge for calling free special telephone numbers such as 10086. The province calls free services without special instructions, such as Fetion chat.

6) Calling non-domestic ordinary voice calls when customers roam: The long-distance call charges and information charges for calling non-domestic ordinary voice calls (including but not limited to international calls, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan long-distance calls, global satellite and maritime satellite calls, IVR and information stations) are normally charged.
