III. Selection Procedures and Methods

(1) Registration and qualification examination

(2) Examination

The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. The full marks of written test and interview are 100, each accounting for 50% of the total score. If the total score is the same, choose the one with the highest interview result first.

2. Interview.

Time and place: mid-August, 2022, Hangzhou.

The interview is a comprehensive interview, which mainly examines the job matching, professional ability, language expression ability, innovative thinking ability, cooperation and coordination ability, analysis and problem solving ability of the candidates.

The score of passing the interview is 60, and those below this score cannot enter the next link.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

After the examination, according to the total score from high to low, the number of applicants will be determined according to the ratio of 1:2, and those who are less than the prescribed ratio will be determined according to the actual number.

The physical examination and inspection work shall be carried out with reference to the relevant measures for civil service examination and employment, and the opinions of the employing unit shall prevail. In accordance with the requirements of open recruitment and job responsibilities, the inspection adheres to the principle of having both ability and political integrity, and makes a comprehensive inspection of the subject's morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and evaluates whether it is suitable and competent for the post.

If the applicant can't make an effective inspection during the inspection period due to his own reasons or the reasons of his current unit, it will be regarded as unsuitable for employment.

Applicants who fail to participate in the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up their qualifications.

(4) Publicity and employment

According to the investigation and job requirements, the employing unit will discuss the merit-based employment collectively in accordance with the principle of cadre management authority and adaptability to people and posts, and publicize it online for 7 working days.
