A set of 9 stamps with face values of 1, 2, 5, 1 yuan, 2 yuan, 5 yuan, 10 yuan, 50 yuan, 100 yuan, with patterns of Wenchang Pavilion in Shanghang, Wenchang Pavilion in Yang Jiao, Sanfang and Qixiang in Fuzhou, Mazu Tempel in Putian, and Dongxita in Quanzhou. Professor Xu Zhijian said that the style and techniques used in creating this set of tax stamps are the accumulation and formation of his unremitting pursuit of the construction and development of personal painting language in his long-term artistic practice. He believes that the transmission of visual beauty needs the innovation and creation of personal artistic language. Both the stamp works of Min Gou zhanghua and the subsequent series of works show a brand-new vision of his unique painting style. In an interview with reporters, Xu Zhijian revealed his next plan.
