The company ranks 24th among the top 100 real estate enterprises in China, 8th among the top 100 real estate enterprises with profitability TOP 10, and 3rd among the listed real estate companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen. In the same year, "New Town" ranked 1 in "TOP 10 of Brand Value of East China Real Estate Company in 2007".

In 2006

The development scale of the company has exceeded 4 million square meters, with new breakthroughs in annual development volume, sales revenue and total profits and taxes. The company ranks 35th among the top 100 real estate enterprises in China, 5th among the top 100 growth enterprises, 4th among listed real estate companies in terms of EVA, tradable shares 10, listed real estate companies 10, and comprehensive strength 14, thus winning the title of "Civilized Unit in Jiangsu Province".

In 2005

The company's management is improving day by day, and the project is progressing smoothly. The annual sales revenue reached 2 billion yuan, and various business indicators increased significantly year-on-year. Ranked 1 among the top 50 real estate enterprises in Jiangsu province, and entered the list of top 50 real estate enterprises in China 100. At the same time, the company was awarded the title of "Top Ten Employers in the Industry".

In 2004

The company has ushered in a new leap in the history of development. The number of projects under construction reached 12, and the area under construction exceeded one million square meters for the first time (1.35 million square meters). The sales revenue exceeded 1 100 million yuan for the first time, and the development footprint extended to Suzhou, and Suzhou Xincheng Wanjia Project Company was established. At the same time, the company's land reserve reached more than 2,200 mu, which laid the foundation for long-term sustainable development.

2002-2003

The company officially opened the business market in different places, entered the Shanghai and Nanjing regions for project development, established Shanghai Xincheng Chuangzhi, Shanghai Xincheng Wanjia, Nanjing Xincheng Chuangzhi and other project companies, and began to develop large residential areas such as Xincheng Yijing, Xincheng Fengjing and Xincheng Shangjing, realizing the leap from city companies to regional companies. In the same year, the company jumped to the second place among the top 50 real estate enterprises in Jiangsu Province.

Through asset reorganization, the company became the first listed company in Jiangsu Province with real estate development and operation as its main business. The stock is called Xincheng B shares for short, and the stock code is 900950. In the same year, the development of Changzhou downtown project "Golden New Town" has created a miracle of high-priced housing sales in Changzhou this year. The project has successively won the honors of "Asia-Pacific Village" ecological residential brand, China Jiangsu real estate successful development model, Jiangsu star real estate, China Jiangsu new apartment design expert recommendation award and so on.

1999-2000

The company's projects in Changwu area have blossomed in an all-round way, and real estate projects with different styles have once again won market recognition. The sales area is among the best in Jiangsu Province, and the sales performance has exceeded 300 million yuan, which has laid the foundation for rapid and steady development.

1998

The company's business expanded from the suburbs to Changzhou city, and the first Changzhou regional residential project Wanbo Garden was launched and succeeded.
