1. Students with household registration in this city who study in other provinces and cities and need to be transferred to this city during the compulsory education stage shall apply to the education administrative department of the county where the household registration is located with the household registration certificate, transfer certificate and related materials, and arrange admission after examination and approval by the education administrative department of the county.
2. Parents of students should contact the district and county education administrative departments where the household registration is located, and go through the transfer formalities after the district and county education administrative departments coordinate and arrange.
3. Transfer procedures should be handled one week before the start of the new semester, and no later than one week after the start of the semester.
4. In principle, transfer is not allowed in high school. If there are special difficulties, with the consent of the education administrative department of the district where the school is located, the transfer formalities can be handled only if there are vacancies in the school.
5. If the registered students in this city transfer to other provinces and cities, the parents of the students shall submit a written application to the original school, and the school shall issue a certificate of consent to transfer, and the parents shall sign the relevant transfer materials.
