According to Qin's genealogy, Qin moved from Shanxi to build a village at the end of Yuan Dynasty. Shengjing village belonged to the tenth district from the early years of the Republic of China to 1955, and was later called Shengjing District or the fifth district. 1958 Shengjing Village belongs to Niuquan Commune; 1985 Establish a township, and Shengjing Village belongs to Shengjing Township.
