Jiangxi Electronic Information Technician College was established in 1978, located in Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Its predecessor is Jiangxi Radio Senior Technical School, which is a national key technical school approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It has a large scale in Jiangxi Province, a long history, distinctive school-running characteristics and rich professional teaching experience. It integrates senior technicians, technicians, vocational training and skill appraisal, and trains electronics and information technology, communication technology, machinery manufacturing and other majors.
University teaching is employment-oriented, ability-oriented, and market-oriented, and the teaching mode is reformed to form a distinctive "connotative" teaching development path. According to the teaching process, the college explored seven innovative teaching methods, such as project (task) teaching, team teaching, specialty-oriented teaching, hierarchical teaching and "big homework" teaching, and creatively explored new modes of school-enterprise cooperation such as "order training", "work-study combination", "talent employment training base" and "directional training".
